Everything went fine
Description of Work: garage door made a terrible noise and wouldn't open all the way . ralph /owner came same day as call and repaired the springs and adjusted the rails and the door worked fine. he told me that the screw drive on the motor would probably need replacement soon, but to see how things went. two weeks later the same noise and the door wouldn't open all the way, called ralph but got a message that ralph had passed away,but to leave a message and i would be contacted.i was contacted a half hour later and the man arrived in twenty min. he replaced the motor and the remotes and all is fine except that poor ralph was killed by a drunken driver right out side his shop. a terrible tragedy. i don't know the status of the company.
