I found this company on Angie's List and had them install a garage door. They also removed a wooden door which cause considerable modification to do. I liked everything about this company. They were easy to deal with and their work was very good. They were timely with their estimate and commitment to install. The workmanship was very good. They had a much better proposal than other companies for entrance modification and installing the door.

Called All Jersey and they came out same day and replaced the spring. The originally scheduled tech was delayed so they sent out second tech when called to find out when they would arrive - good customer service. Tech was very professional and replaced the torsion spring fairly quickly. Pricing seems good to average based on brief research ($100 service charge waived if work actually needed vs simple fix).

My garage door wasn't closing properly. I called and a service person arrived within an hour. Some wires had torn loose, causing the malfunction. It was fixed on the spot, and the garage door now functions good as new. I was pleased with the service and most of all by the timeliness of the response.

Called about keypad not working and remotes needed to be reprogrammed. They called before they came, arrived on time, and the service rep was very knowledgeable. He told me the keypad needed to be replaced, he replaced it and also serviced the door. In his reveiw he suggested we replace the springs (which we did). It sounds brand new!!

Service call was scheduled very promptly and at a convenient time. Service person arrived well within the window given. While the issue was easily fixed, it was a potentially dangerous problem and the door couldn't be used until it was corrected. Problem was fixed very quickly and my door is now working nicely again. I was very pleased to find such a good service provider so close to me and would certainly use this company again. While I didn't consider this an emergency, the company does provide 24/7 service. I thought the price was good value for the prompt professional service.

employee assessed door's faulty operation and determined that inside fittings had gotten out of alignment so he got his drill and loosened a number of the fittings, adjusted their position and fixed them in the proper position. it took at most ten minutes and now the door operates normally via the elctric opener.

The doors were maintained by a local craftsman for years who finally retired. I was concerned but they were professional, did not try to sell me anything, did not try stop with just the broken spring but took a look at the entire set up. Arrived on time, worked with energy, had all of the parts in the truck, cleaned up after the work and gone with a hand shake in under an hour. Great

The two installers arrived the day after I called for service. Their office called ahead to see if I could accommodate an arrival time slightly earlier than originally promised. They quickly and professionally installed the new unit in about 45 minutes. They also demonstrated the additional features of the wall control unit that did not exist with the old unit.

I highly recommend this company. They made every effort to help me take care of the problem (by phone), w/o making a house call. However, the only way to make the repair was to replace the motor (gears were worn). They came on time and worked efficiently. I was extremely pleased with All Jersey Garage Doors. The price was right for a high quality opener. Very nice people.
