Great ! no problems. They came in advance to review the situation and discuss options. Called with a price and confirmed a date. They came as promised; removed the old door and installed the replacement. Fast, clean, professional.

In a nutshell. Have used this provider via Angie's List before. and went to them again because of fabulous service. They were responsive and professional and gave fair service and cost. They are on my speed dial!!!!!

They were very good. They were very professional and very prompt in the same day even though we were working on emergency. Clean up was good and they offered to do a few things that I didn't have to ask them to do like leading the cable off the park. I was very pleased with their service.

They came the same day I called and quickly was able to make repairs to the door. I was especially impressed that they did not immediately suggest that I buy a new door, which would be more profitable for them. They were more than happy to try to repair the door, which they did wonderfully.

All Jersey Garage Doors made the replacement of my garage doors and openers very easy. They were quick to come out to my home to review garage door options. They were very knowledgeable about the different series of Clopay doors and provided many suggestions. We ended up choosing the Clopay Coachman series and Liftmaster belt driver door openers. Roughly 3 weeks after signing the contract, they were installed. The installation took one day. The installation crew did a fantastic job. Quality work. Everything looks great! The cable on my garage door snapped. I found this company on Angie's List and called them to schedule an appointment to repair the cable. At the time of the call I thought this was not an emergency. and that I could open the garage door manually. I scheduled a repair for Monday. Trying to open the garage door friday to get my car out of the garage I found I could not open the garage door. Living in a town with no public transportation and the nearest stores 4 miles away, this was no longer a "can wait" issue. I called the company,. They had a repair man here very quickly.and my door was repaired at a very reasonable price. There are good people in this world!

Removal and installation complete in one day. The only very minor thing wrong I found were some loose trim board sections where trim nail landed in space instead of wood, which I corrected myself while calking. What I am really pleased about is that despite a very deep winter freeze, the doors have not moved, continue to function and seal properly. Only on two occasions were there any air space when doors closed, and that was immediately corrected by removal of snow or piece of ice. I needed this seasonal weather test before I could review. I can now say that the install was proper and would highly recommend this installer, the clopay brand garage doors, and Liftmaster belt drive garage door openers.

He very well could have told me that due to the age of the device, it needed to be replaced. Instead he responded to my call to him for service the very next day, replaced the wire, adjusted the rollers on the garage door to open and close more smoothly as well as quieter. I was thrilled with his professional response as well as his complete honesty in making this repair. I truly expected to be purchasing an entirely new door opener. I would recommend All Jersey Garage Doors to everyone I know. When the time comes to replace the door opener, All Jersey will be the one I will call. Thanks.

They were excellent! The technician was very professional, very polite, and very knowledgeable.

A spring on one of our garage doors broke, so we were afraid to keep using the automated door. All Jersey Garage Door was able to come out the next day to fix it. Before arriving, they called to ask some questions about the garage door, to ensure that they brought the right replacement parts. They did bring the correct part, and did the work fairly quickly. I was concerned about our other garage doors and the possibility of another one having a problem soon. The repairman reassured me that wasn't necessarily going to be a problem, and agreed to do some maintenance (lubricating, tightening parts, etc.) while he was there (at my own request). Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into doing any unneeded maintenance or to upgrade anything just so the company could make some more money. The gentleman was very polite and professional, and I would not hesitate to use this company again if we had another problem.

Called after hours to say that a cable had broke and I was in need of it being repaired. They called the next day and we spoke about updating all the garage hardware and I asked for an estimate over the phone. We agreed they would come on the following Monday, mid day. They called on Monday and said they were a bit early and as the door was open, I did not need to come home. They could complete all the work and would leave a bill. They did as they said and called the next day for a credit card number. The service was absolutely terrific and I would highly recommend them.

They were extremely responsive, honest and did not try to oversell. They came out for a next-day estimate. They rearranged their schedule to come out on Saturday considering that our existing doors were damaged and would not close. They showed up as promised right on time, completed all of the work in a timely manner, cleaned up. The technician was very experienced and adjusted the doors perfectly and aesthetically blended the new trim they installed with our old siding. I would definitely use them again and plan to recommend to others in the neighborhood.

One of the cables on my garage door snapped while my car was in the garage. The garage door was stuck at an odd angle and wouldn't even close. I called them at 7pm and left a message. Got a return call at 8:58am and they sent someone to fix it at 10. The guy who came was very polite & friendly. He was professional. He fixed the door and oiled the 2nd garage door for free. I highly recommend them for speed, professionalism and a job well done.

Great work, even charged less because the quote I received on the phone assumed a double door and we have a single. Highly recommended.

I called All Jersey Garage Door after one of our townhome garage door torsion springs snapped, due to age, and launched itself into the wall. They were extremely professional on the phone and in in person. They showed up the next morning right when they said they would and replaced both springs with higher quality double-loop units plus all the pulleys and cables. The door now works better than new.

It went extremely well. Came right on time (with call 1/2 hour before to say on the way). Reconnected spring, replaced pulleys (no charge), and replaced cable. Also, did an inspection to make sure other parts were functioning properly.

Oustanding service. Job was done fast and professionally. Two garage doors replaced in the RAIN.

A spring on my garage door broke in the evening, after business hours. After checking Angie's List, I called and left a message on the answering machine, asking for a call back in the morning. I was called within a half hour of All Jersey Garage Door's opening time, the technician arrived, on time, about 45 minutes later and he quickly and efficently replaced both springs and all the pulleys. I thought the cost was very reasonable and my garage door was back in service within 14 hours after breaking. The service technician answered my questions about possible, future work without trying to hard sell me into doing the work immediatley. It is now mid October and the garage door has worked perfectly (and much quieter with the new, properly aligned pulleys.) I would definitely use All Jersey Garage Door again.

This story ends well and I would definitely hire All Jersey again. But we got off to a rough start -- I made an appointment with All Jersey to get a quote to have my garage doors inspected and adjusted. On the day of the appointment, a fellow showed up about 2 hours later than scheduled and offered no explanation or apology. He took a look at the doors, verbally quoted me $125 for each door (to replace springs, pulleys, cables, and make adjustments), and said he could do the work on Friday. By late Friday afternoon, he didn't show up, so I called the All Jersey office. Seems they had to let that fellow go the day before, and they had no record of my quote or appointment. All Jersey did apologize and said they would honor the quote. On Monday afternoon, a technician showed up, inspected the doors, advised me of his recommendations (replacements and adjustments), performed the work, and charged me exactly what the first technician quoted. The technician was polite, obviously knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and left me with a new respect for All Jersey. I highly recommend them as a capable and courteous company that works hard to assure customer satisfaction.

They did a heck of a job and I was very pleased with it. They were always courteous and the work was done very well. I would have liked a little more phone contact to know what was going on, but they always answered when I called.

I don't want to give them a low score because I don't know how their work is but I cannot select "n/a" for overall score. The person I was talking to over the phone was responsive and did call me back. However, I do want them to know they lost my business because they decided not to give me an actual estimate.

A technician came promptly, and quickly diagnosed and made repairs. He replaced the cheap pulleys originally installed with stronger ones, re-wired the doors and even re-set the remote controls for us. A couple of months later, they are still as good as new. We were afraid the fix would cost $500, but Joe (the tech) did the job with no padding expenses or drama for about $125 +tax. The only new parts we needed were better pulleys and the heavy wire attached to the doors.

The office responded quickly and the technician arrived on time on the agreed-upon date. The opener they recommended, the LiftMaster, was the one I had researched, so they weren't pushing a device that wasn't of good quality. The tech seemed experienced and removed and replaced everything without any problems. The office followed up with a call to make sure everything went well. The opener is very quiet, as they indicated, and I have already recommended the services of this company.
