The serviceman arrived about 1 hour after I called. He was professinal and took care of the problem quickly. I was very impressed and would hire them again.

They were great! I called at night and they sent someone over at 7a.m. the next morning. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Setting up the service was quick and easy. Service professional was clean, courteous, and explained the required repair with clarity. Service was done quick.

I talked to william. He was upfront, helpful, and accommodating. In an effort to save time and expense, I sent the make and model of the a/c system so he could bring extra parts just in case they were needed. He went WAY out of his way to come to the house after business hours and in the end, he got the unit running with no parts needed for install. He charged me just for the service call - 45$. Hands down, this guy came through when my own a/c / heating company with whom I have a service contract with did not. I highly recommend Air 1 and especially William. Quick turnaround time. I called one day and they were at my house the following morning. Service rep gave me ideas on how to save money on heating. Very nice and professional. Will definitely use them again.
