 + -1 moreHORRIBLE! They were supposed to come back for a repair on what they did but kept saying they would come and then never did. Juan lied to me over and over. Absolute horror, they will take your money and then make promises they do not keep. STAY AWAY! BTW, I even gave them one last chance leaving a message stating I do not like leaving bad reviews, but will not if they just come back and fix the one issue.

 + -1 moreJuan responded very promptly to my request for an estimate. He showed up within hours and gave me a fair estimate. During the estimate, he brought a binder of pictures of previous work he had done as well as physical examples. He responded to my text messages (easier to get a hold of him via text than cell) and offered me additional photos to support my choice. I do wish I had a little bit more notice regarding when the rails would be ready and installed, however they came out BEAUTIFUL and his crew showed up and installed them immaculately. I would definitely use again! Thanks Juan!

Description of Work: Master Railings designed and installed hand railings for our front steps. They came with ideas and pictures from prior jobs and discussed our needs and the aesthetics of the railings. Their work not only allowed us to be more secure when walking up/down the steps on icy days, it definitely added to the curb appeal of our house. Many neighbors have complimented us on our new railings. They were professional, prompt and reasonable.

We picked the style we wanted and it only took a few weeks for Juan to make the railing and install it. He is a true craftsman. We were absolutely delighted with the the job Juan did and would use him again.

Description of Work: He created a whole new wrought iron railing for the front of the house and our circular patio on the front of the house. He also installed a wrought iron railing in our kitchen and 3 handrails for the steps on the back of our house.
