 + -1 moreIt went well. Chris and I believe the other tech's name was Greg were at my office ten minutes early with everything they needed. They set everything up within the first 4 hours, and then were using the last 4 to teach us all how to use the equipment. It was for the most part short and painless.
Description of Work: They sold me a wide format printer as well as the ink, and media that go along with my Mutoh. They came and set everything up, and trained myself and my staff on the equipment. I later needed help with profiling, which was what the cost of the $45.00. They gave me excellent over the phone instructions. Now I have my profiles, which account for absolutely beautiful colors. You really can't ask for any better in the sign industry.
