Excellent service. These gentlemen have been cleaning our carpets and most recently drapes and furniture for the past 16 years and 5 years before that in our previous home. They are prompt, courteous, respectful and do great work. We have pets so sometimes there are stains, which they have always managed to remove. I would highly recommend them.

Very well! They were efficient, friendly, focused and took much less time than I expected. After they'd packed up & I was paying the bill, I realized that I'd forgotten to show them the 3rd bedroom that needed cleaning. They good-naturedly unpacked their equipment, cleaned the room, packed back up, & corrected the bill (without accepting a tip I tried to give them, since it was my fault & cost them extra unpack/pack time.) Carpets look great - SO clean!!

It went well. The procedure was explained, including an accurate description of how long it would take for the cleaned carpet to dry.

3 Technicians came from Duraclean and in 2 hours the carpet was cleaned and the pet stains were gone. They moved the furniture as needed and replaced them. Excellent job.

This company did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet, getting stains even after a previous company I hired last year didn't. My carpeting is over 15 years old and still in good condition except in high traffic areas. I never thought they'd be able to get out these older marks especially since the carpet had been cleaned before, but they get almost everything out and it looks really good in the high traffic areas and brand new in the other areas. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation. They were on time, friendly & professional and worked quickly. Great price also for the living room, staircase & upstairs landing.

Had not cleaned my carpet in many years. The guys from Duraclean took care of everything. Family owned, reliable, competitively priced. They cleaned four rooms, a hallway and two large sets of stairs. Took them a little over two hours. Got practically every stain out possible. Carpet looks new. I would definitely hire them again.

The carpet looks really good considering the condition it was in. These guys are extremely nice, punctual, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I'm a realtor and had used them in the past for a client and they did a great job, so when I needed carpet cleaning in my own home they were my first choice. They gave an estimate over the phone, helped me out by coming the next day and were very reasonably priced!

Great experience! They were courteous and friendly, gave exact price before starting. They even moved all the furniture and mattress and cleaned carpet underneath. Highly recommend their service; much better and professional than Sears.

We needed a room cleaned that had belonged to our cat and now we are preparing for our grandchild who is very allergic. Four people came for Duraclean on relatively short notice. They were punctual and professional. They came when they said they would and called before arriving. They brought their cleaning equipment and worked h****** cleaning the rug and recliner in the room. When we saw their work we asked if they could also clean two recliners and a Persian rug in our dining room. They did it and there was a really big difference in the look of the cleaned rugs and recliners. We were very satisfied with their work.

They are a family owned business and are very good as well as prompt. They are very good about getting out pet stains. They do a really good job and specialize in their work. Their pricing is a little expensive but it is ok since I am not sure how it compares with others. I also not bothered about their pricing since they perform quality and good work.

Highly recommend. They showed up on time, immediately went to work and were finished quickly. They didnt take all day to complete the job.

I have used Dale and his crew from Duraclean for years. This time I needed them to clean a very dirty carpet that is on my screened in sun porch. Since the carpet gets dirty from the elements it was a dirty job. They always show up when they say they will. It is always the same guys. They each have their job to do (move furniture, set up the carpet cleaning equipment etc.) and they get right to it. Dale always gives me a quote before he gets started. They always do a very good job and clean up after themselves. I have had them on many occasions and have always been pleased. We used to have a dog and only once did Dale have to come back to remove stains that were really stubborn. There was no argument or additional charge for returning. I trust them in my home and feel comfortable that I am getting a fair deal. I realize that some of the chains offer cheaper prices but I used a chain once and was not that pleased with the results so I went back to Dale from Duraclean. Also, when the guy from the chain came in there were all these extra added on costs- sanitaizing, deodorizing, etc. I never have to pay those with Dale from Duraclean. They are included in the price. Once you use them, Dale gives you a coupon for $ off your next job. In the past I have also had them clean drapes, dining room chairs and a sofa. I was also pleased with the quality of that work as well.
