Description of Work: Our old pool collapsed and we purchased the pool and had them install a new one in the same footprint of our deck. They delivered the pool on time, however, getting a date to get it installed was difficult. They installed it and discovered the manufacturer sent the wrong top caps (metal instead of resin). Getting them to come back to install the correct parts was difficult, however, after 5 non answered phone call messages, someone did call and came to install it, 5 days ater promised. They were competitively priced, and the pool looks great, but need customer service response improvements.

They closed our pool the last time they was here. They blow the air out of the pipes and close up all the valves. They put the pool cover on. They cleaned the filter too. Usually 2 come out and takes about 1 1/2 hours. They are very nice and helpful.
Description of Work: They do our annual pool opening and closing.
