They came to the house personally to provide a quote and their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was thoroughly clean. From the moment I spoke with Fabricio (on a Saturday) to his arrival at my mom’s house (the next day, which was a Sunday) to scope out the job, I had a very good feeling about this business and their goodness of fit for the job at hand. Fabricio was professional, warm and friendly, and competently answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the services provided for the initial job (deep cleaning of a house that hadn’t been properly cleaned in about ten years and was a hoarding situation), and I booked TPCS to return and do a second job (deep cleanse of the basement in the same house). Fabricio came to the first job to make sure everything was off to a good start and checked in throughout the day as the cleaning progressed. The staff was competent and efficient and conscientious. The same high quality and excellent level of service was provided for the second job as well.
