Description of Work: Supply and install 3 1/4" select grade oak flooring in galley kitchen. Sand and finish with stain and 3 coats oil base polyurethane. Includes removal of existing Mexican tile floor. Excellent job and cleanup...Tim, the owner, on site at all times. Works with one assistant.

Description of Work: Had floors refinished. Excellent service and quality workmanship. Always oil based finish which is much better than water based. Takes longer to do but well worth it. I highly recommend Tim.

 + 0 moreHe costs a little more but you get what you pay for in this case. He uses oil base instead of water based products which last longer. I have been using his services for a good 10 years now and would highly recommend him.
