If you are looking for a company that does not show up and does not call to tell you they are not showing up this is the company for you. We made an agreement to do the work. It rained the first day he was supposed to show up. He did not call to cancel. I He finally returned my call and gave some lame excuse however all he had to do was call and let me know what was up. Three strikes and you are out. Not at all reliable.

It was a reasonable price compared to most of them. They did quite a nice and effective job. They could not use any fancy equipment or any other kind of equipment because the tree was totally inaccessible. They had to climb up to the tree and manually take it down by cutting it down piece by piece.
Description of Work: I used RKZ Tree Service to cut down a large tree.
