Kapture Pest Control did a great job fixing our wasp problem. We had wasps in our gutter and siding. Kapture Pest Control came quickly and was able to treat the issue on the spot and we immediately see decreased activity. They returned for follow up a week later because we still had minor activity and now all the wasps are completely gone. They were very professional and caring and made sure the problem was completely solved to our satisfaction. Thanks for the great service!

Our technician, David, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms we could easily understand. We saw results almost immediately and David has since been back to give us a clean bill of health. The owner, John, is also very responsive and helpful.

Great service all around! I called on Thanksgiving Day - the third straight day of seeing droppings in our kitchen - expecting to leave a message and get a callback the next day. I was shocked when I spoke with John, who was able to send Dave to my home the next day. Dave was prompt, friendly, and educational ... it was a relief to know that our problem wasn't because we weren't tidy enough. It's been nearly two weeks, and we haven't seen any new droppings (fingers crossed). We're looking forward to future visits from the Kapture team.

Great service. John is very attentive and responsive and the technician Dan was great, friendly yet professional. I had other companies come in for a consultation and I’m so glad I went with Kapture. I signed a one year contract with them and I’m glad I did.

It went excellent. The service man was prompt, and even called when he was on his way. When he suited up to treat the situation, he allowed me to take a picture for my grandkids. He explained that I might see some activity for a few days, but they will all die off. A few days later I was in the hospital for a hip replacement, so when I came home I didn't venture out to check for activity. Kapture Pest Control called to see how everything was. Since I wasn't able to go out to check, they sent the service man out to check. All were gone. I would definitely use Kapture again.

Called to schedule a visit. They were very clear about the pricing options over the phone and dispatched someone to our home very quickly. I showed them the two nests we had found. They checked the whole property and found two more nests in the back. They sprayed where appropriate and followed up with a phone call 2 weeks later.

Personable tech (Daniel) reviewed coverage and performed initial preventative treatment around outside of house and inside of basement. Will continue with Quarterly treatments and monthly billing with ability to call for any problem immediate service should it be needed.

Excellent customer service from the phone calls setting up the appointment, to Anthony the technician specialist that came out to our home, and to the follow up call afterwards. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. If we need services like this again we will definitely call Kapture. We highly recommend them.

I recently had a "D" review for 7/12/20 I could not retract. I changed my review from D to B, because John clarified to me that his intent was not to be condescending, but understands it may have came off the wrong way. I would not rate an A as i still am not sure it is the best pricing. Side note: it wasn't mentioned during our initial phone call that their work was guaranteed, which is what explains the higher price compared to some other quotes I had received. I may look at using them in the future, but for the time being I am loyal to the provider I currently have assuming their service provided meets expectations.

Working from home during the pandemic, I notice every little thing. This spring the ants were out in full force. They began to come in the house, and I tried many home remedies, but it was time to call in the professionals. I consulted Angie's List for referrals, and John of Kapture Pest Control responded almost immediately. He took the time to explain the procedure, and was very understanding about my concerns for my family and my dogs. He was very assuring, and I felt very comfortable. The service was performed quickly, and I am happy to say the ant issue has been remediated. John also called to follow up after the service. I am very happy with the cost, the customer service, the courtesy and professionalism. I would absolutely refer John and Kapture Pest Control.

Kapture performed a thorough job inspecting the house. After they determined that my issue required additional expertise, they did not charge me for the inspection and recommended another company. I appreciated the integrity as well as the recommendation.

John and his team are so wonderful! We purchased the yearly plan and right from the start we noticed a huge change in the number of ants and insects in our home. After the first spray we didn’t see a single ant come back. They can back a second time for spiders, and now we’re golden. So friendly, so punctual, always available, and professional workers.
