Tyler was very respectful and clean. Arrived on time, work was done without interruption or distractions until completed. Work was done quietly and efficiently.

Very well. They are pricey, but in return you get punctuality, high quality work, they work efficiently and inform you of time-frames and duration of work, reliability, cleanliness, and responsiveness, which you don't get with so many other plumbers, so you get what you pay for, as they say.

The initial service went fairly well, the response time, appointment and service price was good. During the snaking, unfortunately there was a rupture to the sink pipe b/c it was corroded - not his fault. There was a spill of water down to the basement and it was cleaned up but still left residue behind. He told me I would have to wait for someone to come in and give me a quote for the replacement of the sink pipe. I scheduled the appointment with WW for the following day from 11am-12p but insisted that I needed 30 minutes notice to arrive to my the house. I guess there was a mix up with the appointment and I received a call early morning from Lidnsey to see if they could come in but explained again that I was at work and needed to stay with the original appointment scheduling. Up to that point all was great, I got a call from around 12:30pm telling me that after a job near by someone would stop by, approximate time of arrival 1 or 1:15pm. I arrived to my house around 1:05pm and by 1:45pm no one had arrived. I called to follow up and Lindsey explained that the plumber was running behind - this was very frustrating to me but I maintained composure. I asked to cancel as I had to get back to work. I called later to discuss with Lindsey the situation and to communicate why I did not want to reschedule; it did not go well as she thought there was nothing wrong with her lack of action.

The representative was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Performed the work done at quoted price and did a great job. Would definitely hire again, and recommend.

Well the plumber came in the house sat in the dining room to feel comfortable and gave an estimate of all the problems he found. The cost for pressure valve and some soldering was $699 but it needed work. Repairs for a container I am very fishy. I might be wrong. Please verify by checking if the container was actually replaced. I didn't. Price for this was close to $499 ridiculously high. Plumber knew I badly needed the issues to be fixed ASAP. He took advantage of this. This is just my view. I did not compare prices. So don't go by my words completely. While giving me the price details for all the issues, he did not clearly mention regarding annual servicing which is headache free. They come and do regular check ups. I took it.

They always find something wrong, always something has to be replaced. I have a contract with them.

Everything works and I have no problems with it. It was pricey but I tend to stick with the same people. They are pretty honest.

What a terrific experience using Water Works once again! Mike C. was outstanding - knew exactly what we needed and took care of it with no problem. He answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable - he even saw a potential problem with a valve and was able to fix that right away too. We will using Water Works for all our plumbing and HVAC needs and have signed on with their partner plan.

The entire process went smoothly. The technician arrived on time for both the estimate and the work day. Professional, courteous and friendly. Cost was a little more than some others quoted but the work and the value of what I received was worth every penny. He even took the time to answer other questions and give some advice on my future projects. I would definitely recommend this company.

A technician came to look at my hot water heater. I was not home, but my wife and daughter were. The technician stated that the water heater had 'popped' and that our water pressure was at dangerous levels. He then estimated it would cost over $3,000 to fix, which had my wife calling me in a panic. Meanwhile, I came home and reset the pressure switch which allowed the pilot to re-light. I called Water Works and told them not to send the technician back the following day. The next morning I get a phone call from the technician, warning me not to leave the home unattended or I will have significant flooding from a leaking tank. Prior to leaving for work that day I checked under and around the water heater for any signs of water. Everything was bone dry. It has now been more than 2 months and I have not had any water heater issues.

Called service provider around 7:30 AM. Was offered an appointment the same afternoon which I accepted. The service provider called back offering a morning appointment which I declined. Was phoned that the technician was 40 minutes away. 45 minutes later, the technician arrived. Quickly diagnosed the problem as low coolant and made required repairs. Angie list coupon kept the costs much lower than most competitors would have been based on my prior experience.

When Jim arrived at the time he was scheduled to, he got right to work trying to figure out why water was backing up from the washing machine drain pipe. After working on the problem for a couple of hours, Jim told me he couldn't find the problem using the equipment he had available. Jim then told me he would come back the next morning with a longer snake and additional equipment to help him find and solve the problem. Jim came a little later than expected the next morning because of a back up at the supplier in providing the hardware and equipment he had requested. As soon as Jim arrived, he wasted no time trying to pinpoint where the blockage was and removing it. Jim had to cut away the sheetrock covering the washing machine drain pipe and remove the pipes in order to determine what was causing the blockage. Jim had to resort to a blow bag which uses high air pressure to remove blockage so that he wouldn't have to dig up the ground where the drain pipe was, which would have cost me several hundred more dollars. Jim also suggested he check the hot and cold water hoses that feed into the washing machine, which was a good thing because the hot water hose was worn and was close to failing. Jim also cleaned the dryer vent and told me this was something I could do myself with a specially designed brush, he didn't try to convince me this was something only a trained professional could do. I will definitely use this company again as I was quoted a price for the work that needed to be done and that was all that I was charged, there were no surprise charges or dragging out of the work in an effort to get more money.

They are so well trained their employees each and everyone of the guys that comes you can tell their schooling all the time and they have prices available on the truck so they lay it all out for you right away. They are competitive you get what you pay for they are good.

Working with Water Works from start to finish was a satisfying experience. Office staff very friendly. Had my choice of appointment times. Two hour window is very reasonable. Delighted when office called to say plumber would arrive shortly (at the beginning of that two hour window!) Nathan was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. It was clear he was knowledgable about all aspects of the job which gave me peace of mind. I felt the job was completed in a timely fashion and Nathan left the work areas spotless. Nathan answered all my follow-up questions and suggested various services that Water Works can provide going forward. I can't comment on the price as some reviewers do. I think all home repairs are expensive! (The coupon took a little of the sting out of it!) I feel I got my money's worth in terms of confidence in the work that was completed. I have had plumbing companies in the past that left me feeling frustrated and worried about the work they did. Not with Water Works. I will use Water Works again.

This company overcharges & has other issues!!! I had this company do work on my home for 2-3 years and purchased their service partner plan which was supposed to save me money and provide me with lower costs for their work. I needed to have my hot water heater replaced. The service tech also informed me that my boiler had to be replaced which they had told me previously. They provided a quote for both replacements. I decided to call for a 2nd and 3rd opinion and glad I did. The two other providers both said there was nothing wrong with the boiler and it did not need to be replaced and provided quotes to replace the water heaters that were 20% less than Water Works provided even though I had this service partner plan. If I didn't call for two other opinions I would have had to spend $15,000 to replace the boiler and water heater. Do yourself a favor and always get three quotes and don't call this company. I am extremely disappointed. I now question all the previous work they did; how much more did I pay and did the work actually have to be done. I did use Angie's List to find the other two providers and chose one of them to replace my hot water heater. I canceled my service plan with Water Works.

Nathan is a highly professional, knowledgeable, and honest young man. His estimate was clear; he was a pleasure to work with.

I did use them again. I don't know if I would use them again because they tend to jack up their prices. In terms of telling you other things or, it wasn't clear to me that I was, you know, I think that they're a little over priced. Otherwise they do the job fine, the job itself was done perfectly but I think they, I think the big deal here wasn't clear exactly what I was buying for that amount of money and when they come and they see the job they say oh yeah well that's going to cost you x amount of dollars more. So you don't know without comparing outside whether you're getting a good deal or not, whether they're just using it to jack up your price much higher than you would have if you had taken someone else.

I don't know if I would use them again. They seem to jack up their prices in terms of telling me other things. It wasn't clear to me. I think they jack up the price. Otherwise they do the job fine. The job itself was done perfectly. The thing was it wasn't perfectly clear what I was buying for that amount of money and when they come and they see the job they say well that is going to cost you X amount of dollars more. So, you don't know without comparing outside whether you are getting a good deal or not or if they are just using the base to jack up the price much higher than if you had called in someone else. It's a fuzzy area when you say I have this amount of dollars to do this amount of work and they say this amount of work is going to cost you much more. So, you don't know if this is really a good deal or not. First of all it took them a very long time to come up with the price. They had to call and call and call before they came up with the price. That's where I feel that I wasn't getting a good deal. The tune up was fine. It was a set price and it said in the agreement what they are going to do and what they are checking. The guy just went down the list and made sure he did all those things and he did.

Nathan came on time and worked really hard at quickly diagnosing the problem of leaks on the kitchen ceiling that came from the bathroom. Showed me all the options (cheap/expensive, longterm/short term) and how long it would take to do all that work. It looks like the leak finally stopped; although I'm still observing too just to be sure. I thought it was a clean and excellent piece of work.

Professional, uniformed crew showed up, and made an initial quote of $450, with full disclosure that if they find something else they'd have to re-evaluate cost if there were further or more significant blockage. The team initially used a snake tool, but when they ran into the root system they pulled out a camera snake that showed where the blockage was and how extensive it was. I felt these guys explained each step thoroughly, why they recommended doing it and what the impact and cost would be. We had to wait awhile when they brought out a very large water pressure machine with a root digging head. Results were great, you could see these guys were working very hard to clear a difficult blockage. One important note - there was some sewage backup into a part of the basement, Water Works is not equipped for sewage cleanup. They referred us to Serv-Pro, quality crew who cleared up the mess in a few minutes. We would highly recommend both outfits.

They call to re-confirm appointment, they give you a two hour time frame, and then call to let you know they are on the way. They are nice and do a good job.

Mike Medaglia promptly answered my early morning phone call and took immediate action to schedule a service call. Dan Carpenter showed up early, about a half hour later. I sincerely appreciate their quick response. Dan worked efficiently to swap out the old heater and replace it with a new one. I think his work is neat and accurate, and I enjoyed our conversation throughout the task. My only reservations about the experience are as follows. First, it seemed quite expensive. However, I'm an older person with perhaps too long a memory of previous work done at our house. Second, I question the advisability of approaching the service call as secondarily an opportunity to sell additional plumbing system modifications. One unplanned $1645 expense was enough for me at the time. All in all, however, I was favorably impressed by Mike and Dan and thank them again for their assistance.

The technician told us that our furnace needed approx $2500 in parts not including installation to repair and wasn't sure if it would work Maybe need a new furnace A competitor fixed our furnace the same day for $250

Seamless and perfect. Did the whole job in 2 days and was fairly priced on other comp bids.

JANUARY 27th....Returned for boiler repair......Cleaned and flushed out massive clogs of dust ,hair and sludge from boiler.......Installed three drainage spigots on boiler and advised a twice monthly draining of a third of a gallon from each spigot twice a month......Apologized for under billing for last visit and blamed himself for the error. Name of providers representative was Shaun...Impressed my mother very much ....Advised me to ask you send Shaun next time her home requires servicing.....Felt Shaun was witty , pleasant and explained matters without talking down to her because she was a women and older than he...
