Description of Work: Repaired/replaced two external spigots fixed a leak under the sink. This is third time the external spigots had to be repaired because the last two plumbers did not install proper drainage valves so that I could properly winterize. They also took time to answer all my other plumbing related questions.

Description of Work: Replaced and moved water heater. Purchased an Angie's List deal to replace the water heater for $850, including installation. Straight forward, got exactly what I paid for. Our original water heater was located in a somewhat strange location so we took the opportunity to move it a few feet over which required some additional plumbing work. I thought that the cost to move the water heater, $500, was a high, but didn't have many options. I'm glad we moved it in the end however.

Description of Work: Installed a Toto toilet in the half bath * Cleaned and drained a vanity sink in the main bedroom bathroom that was clogged and coming out of hot tub when faucet was turned on * Insulated kitchen sink water lines below on the basement ceiling The technician arrived to find a toilet that was not installed because it was not the right rough size and a clogged tub after a new faucet was installed by another workman from a different company I was very pleased with the service that was provided. The service technician (Jim R ) was very professional, knowledgeable and competent. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently to correct the plumbing problems. I was told he would arrive between 8 o"clock and 10 and he was promptly there at around 7:45. He even helped me return a toilet that was purchased elsewhere and was not the right size for the space provided . The other company would not pick it up and would not be able to supply another toilet for three weeks and would have to put it on order. The old toilet had already been removed by another plumber which meant I had literally a hole in the floor. Water works delivered to my home all the necessary materials to complete the job. Thanks to them I have working bathrooms for the Holidays. I would definitely call them again. Thanks to Angie's list and there helpfulness

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal It was good. They did the job and it was fine. Just one technician came out and he stayed for about 40 minutes. They did a furnace clean, tune up and check for me. He was clean with his service.

Description of Work: Very professional. Very thorough. Our boiler needed to be replaced. We have lived in our house for 6 years. The age of the boiler is not clear. Every year, the performance of the boiler became increasingly less efficient. The technician took his time to explain the services that were performed and the care and maintenance of the new equipment that was purchased.

Description of Work: Water Works came in to do standard boiler inspection and tune up ($49.99 package from Angieslist). Boiler had aerator valve leaking water and connecting pipe rotten. Inspector performed the Hercules, premium liquid boiler and heating system maintenance, two zone heating system drain, replacement of aerator and water pipe with brass pipe and shut off valve replacement. As an extra task, old basement gas heater was removed, gas line removed, gas connection plugged shut, vent to chimney covered with boiler/heater specialty cement, appliance was hauled away in the truck.
