Description of Work: $99 for $200 worth of plumbing services and materials.

Description of Work: Our water heater was leaking on a Sunday night. We called Water Works. They have 24 hour service. However, we had them come the next day because it was a significant charge to come that night and I was able to shut off the water. The service technician arrived promptly the next morning and reviewed our situation. I had an Angie's List coupon for a water heater replacement. The price I was quoted was significantly higher. I was told that the coupon would not apply to my situation because of the additional work that had to be done. In any event, after some negotiation and a reduction in the quote, we decided to utilize their aervices. They did an excellent job of removing the old water heater, installing the new one, replacing the flue piping, moving some other pipes and replacing a part on our boiler..

Description of Work: Provider checked the water heater, could not fix it, replaced it, and another day fixed a toilet. The only issue was that someone needed to return as "fixed toilet was leaking, and they were rough with the toilet that got scratched a lot on the lid, and I needed to have the stairs carpet professionally cleaned as rusty toolbox was placed on it, and stain did not completely come out. Due to this I would give a B+, or at most an A-.

Description of Work: They replaced our water heater, installed a new shutoff valve for the water heater and removed the garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. | |They showed up when they said they would. They were very friendly, professional and clean while doing the installation. We are very happy with their work and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: This was a deal and they fixed leak under kitchen sink. We recently had a new kitchen sink and faucet installed by my contractor, it is a VERY tight space and he (my contractor) couldn't get it screwed in all the way, this plumber got it screwed in properly and no more problems.

Description of Work: Changed out the regulator in the showers knob. I have to say Sal qas fabulous with his persistence to get the job done right. The part did not work he reordered came back again part did not work again. He was apologetic and kept in contact with me even after the company the part was from,seemed to not be responding to his questions. Ultimately he hot new parts put them in and it now works. I was not charged extra for all of the visits and Sal did not try to sell me on replacing the whole thing. He worked clean, and was very professional. I would definitely suggest water works to anyone who ask me.

Description of Work: They were very professional, arrived even earlier that the original appointment. They fixed clogged kitchen sink, replaced pipe under the sink. Replaced outside water spigot and the inside pipe leading to the outside spigot. Gave very valuable advice on various plumbing issues around the house with a price estimate. Overall very happy with the service.
