Description of Work: We needed to have the kitchen faucet replaced. I already had the new faucet, but declined service from water works because they wanted $400 just to do the installation. (As a point of reference, I ended up going with another company who were very professional and kind and only charged $180.) Though the price was outrageous, the gentlemen were nice . Just be sure to shop around before hiring!

Description of Work: They came and did an inspection of our heating system. They made recommendations and left an estimate for that work, but they did not press and told us that we'd be fine through the winter if we wanted to put the work off for a few months.

Description of Work: He replaced a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. It went fine and took him less than 10 minutes. We had been told previously that his visit would cost $49, and he took one look and said that was what it would cost us if he did NOT do the work, but it would be $185 if he did. That was quite a shock, but we had no choice at that point. The actual technician was great, but the firm's charging policy is not.

$49.95 is our service call charge to come to the job. Once we get to a job and see what has to be done we can than quote a price for the repair. If the repair is done, as in this case, we waive the service call charge and do the work for the agreed upon price. We are very sorry about this misunderstanding.

Description of Work: Repaired a bathroom sink waste drain pipe along w/ replacing 2 water shut off valves. They were very professional to deal w/, showed up on time & did good work. I don't know if I would use them again because they were very expensive. I paid over $1000 for the work that they did

Description of Work: Service tech was extremely knowledgable and took time to explain everything about the system. He made recommendations about the life of the furnace and was honest about what was worth repairing and replacing. He was punctual, friendly, and did a great job, I would trust him to do any plumbing job.

Description of Work: They snaked our clogged sewer line (which had blocked up for the 3rd time in 9 months). Didn't help much, so then they sent the camera down and showed us that the line was invaded at every joint with tons of tree roots. They jetted it out and did a root treatment. Once it was clean, sent the camera down again and discovered a small hole in the line as well. They explained possible remedies as well as gave recommendations for other specialized providers to fix the break in the line.
