I was pleased that a real person answered my call and had an opening the next day. We set a time, but she called me back a hour later asking to change the time. Not a problem for me. The plumber arrived on time and before entering my house, slipped blue booties over his shoes. After inspecting, he told me what was needed then went out to his truck to write it up. It was way more expensive than I thought, but some of that was because he suggested installing a shut-off valve which he said the original installation really should have included. (I still think WaterWorks' prices are high.) He needed to call his office to get the valve, but it was delivered in less than 30 minutes, while he worked, so there was no delay. The whole job was done in an hour. I was able to pay with a credit card, a nice convenience. I'll definitely use WaterWorks again.

The estimate was good price on a new water softener system, a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen and a 1 year plumbing contract. Once the system was installed, Sal checked (and repaired) to make sure there were no water leaks (faucets/showers/tubs/toilets/washing machine. The job took approximately 5 hours and throughout the job, the plumber was professional, thorough and cleanup was immaculate.

He was prompt, provided a written estimate, performed the work that day, and was professional and cleaned up after himself. I thought it was a bit pricey, but he was here for four hours and did make a custom piece. And now our drain works properly. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my first call. They did reschedule the first appointment we had, but they called in advance and rescheduled at my convenience. The second time they showed up right on time.

Horrible, yes true they were able to come within 24hrs. But, they knew I had an emergency because I did not have any hot water and they took advantage of the fact. They offered to help me finance their very expensive rate. I had someone come two hours later and install a new water heater for more than half of what this company was going to charge me.

They are always very professional and prompt. The office will call when the plumber is on the way. And they wear booties inside the home to protect the floors. The estimates are based on the job not the hours worked. We had signed up for the "Plumbing, Heating, and AC Agreement" this provides 24 hour 7 day emergency service which we needed last holiday season when our boiler went down. They came and assessed the problem, ordered a new and more efficient boiler and provided us with electric baseboard heaters until the boiler came in. The boiler was delivered directly from the distributor and two men worked 12 hours rebuilding the system. This is just one job that the company has performed. With the agreement the company comes each year to inspect the boiler, all the toilets and sinks as well as the AC in the summer. They routinely replace washers etc. at no charge.

They showed up on time. They told me what it cost up front. They cleaned up the water and debris and even took the old heater with them. They gave me a 10 year warranty that covers both the heater and labor costs in case this should happen again. Not bad considering I buy a water heater every 6 to 7 years. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER, AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY DIDN'T HAVE US DOWN FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THIS COMPANY SENT SOMEBODY RIGHT AWAY. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. THIS IS A COMPANY I HAVE NEVER USED BEFORE.

I HAVE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I LIKE THAT WHEN I CALL I GET A PERSON AND NOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR 10 YEARS NOW. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGHER, BUT THE WORK THEY DO IS REALLY GOOD.

THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY WAS PERFECT. THEY ARE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY AND 365 DAYS A YEAR. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO COME ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. THEY ARE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE PROBABLY THE BEST THING WE EVER FOUND.

THERE IS NOT MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY, BUT THEY WERE GREAT AT THERE JOB. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AS WELL. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I ALWAYS HIRE THEM FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS.
