There were a few things which went wrong. My basement was flooded and the guy that came to look at it he said that the pipe was not put correctly. My husband called the company and I heard them on the phone. The owner was very angry and he admitted that it was their fault. They had not done the work right and I had a big flood in my basement. If the guy had not been honest with me, I would have been ripped off. They hooked up my dryer and I started getting a lot of problems on the floor. I had somebody else come in and they told me that the dryer had not been hooked up correctly. That could have caused a fire. They were very nice when they came. They put special shoes before entering the house. They seemed to know what they were talking about. Our air conditioning system seemed to have a problem and gave me an estimate to replace the unit for $70,000. We called another company who fixed it for $100 and said that the unit did not need replacement. Their basic price was the same as the other companies. The estimate they gave for other things were exorbitant. They did come when I needed them.

We used the coupon offered through Angies List for an A/C tune up, cleaning and safety inspection. We were extremely pleased and surprised by the great results we had. We were pleased with the punctuality of the service person and his professionalism and his thorough explanation of the results. We were surprised that, unlike just about every person we ever had to our home to service our A/C unit, he did not try to get us to pay for extra repairs or materials. He did his work, explained it to us, we gave him the $69.00 coupon, and he left. We also asked him some questions about water softeners and he patiently explained the various products to us, gave us estimates and even tested our water.

I have a newer home built about 5 years ago. After about two years the drain in my shower didnt drain efficiently and water built up 2 inches in about 10 minutes. I called Waterworks to fix the problem. The problem was not corrected after snaking the drain. He blamed it on the swirl of water is impacting the downdraft. To be fair, I had a plumber tell me the same thing a year ago, but how is it the problem didnt exist for the first two years after the house was built? Anyway, nice kid, ontime, courteous. But alas my problem still exists. He then checked my 3 ac systems, changed the filters, blew out the water evaporation lines. All in all I paid $300 for the services. Thanks to Angies list I saved about $200 from what he quoted with the coupon online.

Had a very good experience with this company. Dealt with Sal for both the estimate and work performed. Professionalism: They were very courteous and punctual. Very good communication throughout the entire process, including letting me know when parts were expected/arrived, scheduling, and calls from the main office when their installers were enroute. Work seemed to be done efficiently and they cleaned up everything when complete. Quality: Will remain to be seen over time, but everything is fully functional and nothing leaks. All solder connections and valves appear to be good quality and neatly installed. Cost: While the overall cost was slightly more than I had hoped for (but exactly as estimated), it was not enough to warrant a B rating for price. Most items billed were exactly as estimated to the penny. There were two exceptions where estimated items actually turned out to be less expensive. I've already recommended them to a friend who just had a bad experience with Rotor Rooter and I will absolutely use them again for plumbing/HVAC needs.

Got their name from the Yellow Pages. Called for an appointment. The guy showed up late, but everybody's busy this time of year. He was very brusque and difficult to understand. He went up in the attic and tested our equipment. He came down and said we needed a new transformer. His written estimate for the new transformer was $550.00 We said we would think about it, so he charged us $96 for his trouble. This incident prompted us to join Angie's List. On Angie's List we found a company nearby, Duct Mate Inc., who came and serviced our broken A/C. They were professional and thorough and charged us, for all parts and 3+ hours of labor, $430.00 Less than WaterWorks estimate for 1 part.

Good company. Only draw back was after scheduling service on a Thursday, I had to wait until the Tuesday after a holiday weekend to receive the service. It was in the 90s over the weekend. The techician arrived 15 minutes early, came in did the work and left within 30 minutes. The A/C is working fine now. In fact the technician also took the hose and washed the dirt off the outside unit as well. Most of the service call price was for the coolant itself. Excellent service. I will happily use them again.

They were punctual. I called them and they fixed up an appointment the next day and that was very good. I think he could have given me better options for sump pump and stuff but he said that he would french drain and I didn’t like that about them. They could have some other options for me. I would consider in using them in the future.

I recently moved into an older home and had several issues that I wanted to have quoted on - replacement of hot water heater, installation of garbage disposal, gas line run to a grill outside, in addition to evaluation of the current HVAC system. Water Works did all this and more. Frank made some great suggestions about how best to address the more expensive HVAC issues in particular and actually suggested I call the company holding the warranty on the system before I do any work/replacement myself. This certainly addressed my concerns about who to trust for an honest and accurate quote. After several meetings I did decide to move forward with the installation of the new hot water heater, garbage disposal, and having the gas line run. Water Works was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very important in my book - their bill was as quoted and not a penny more. I will definitely use them again and would recommend their services to others.

Two of our shower handles had broken off and we were not able to fix them and take a shower. I called Water Works at about 9:30 AM and a technician was at our house by 11 AM. I had stressed to receptionist that I needed someone to come early since I needed to leave the house by early afternoon. The technician who responded was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did the job quickly. Before the work was done I was presented with a written proposal so there was no surprise with the price. I woould definitely use this company again for all our plumbing needs. Very responsive and professional.

They have a disclaimer that they do not know if they broke the line or if it is and old pipe. Other wise they were very courteous. It went from $200 to $1500 when I got done.

It was fine. They have been pretty prompt. They fix the problem. We have used them several times only for emergency situations.

They were awful. I would never recommended them for anybody. They overcharge. They wanted to do extra work in my house. I said no. Shortly after they left the thing they requested that we do was dripping. I found out they had loosened the valve and so I tightened it.

All of their crew is courteous and they explain things. They always give us an estimate. They give me options. There is always choices. That is hard to do sometimes. They are very amenable. They are right away. They will be there as soon as possible. Even the phone staff is wonderful.

They did a good job. They are just expensive. At first I was unsatisfied with the furnace because it kept shutting off. They kept at it until they were able to fix it. They did follow up to make sure it was working correctly.

It turned out well. There was one complaint that they never did deal with. That was a matter of getting inspection. As far as the actual work was concerned, they did well. They came when they said they would come.

So far so good. We were satisfied with the work they do. Their customer service reps are friendly. Their techs are as friendly as plumbers can be. We didn't call to ask them to fix the foot on the bathtub. He just happened to have the epoxy and told me he could do that.
