After asking some questions and checking the usual problem spots, the technician, Nathan, identified a possible blockage in the main line in. He adjusted the pressure reducing valve which then forced the blockage and restored normal flow. He gave me a clear explanation of how the pressure reducing valve and cistern worked and what problems could arise. Afterward, he gave me options on what I could do (monitor or replace - I chose to monitor for now) and he also let me know to keep an eye on my water heater (due to age) and then provided me with his contact info in case anything reoccurred. He only charged for a normal service call.

Had a water hammer which caused a leak in basement and issue with toilet. They came within a couple hours at the end of the day to stop the leak in basement. Came back next morning on time a fixed the rest of the problem. Plumber was courteous and respectful of the house put on covers over his boots as to not track anything into the house. Have been using WaterWorks over the years never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Plumber came and diagnosed that the circulator was not running and that an over ride tank had a leak in it.. Planned to have him do the wok the following day. Problem : he left without turning our heater back on, so when I returned to the house that evening the house was 63 degrees. After 2 phone conversations (he did respond quickly), i was able to turn my boiler on myself and reopen the pipes to the boiler. Was very upset at the time with his oversight, even if he was very pleasant. He returned and replaced circulator and we felt a slight improvement. After 2 days of only slight improvement, another plumber from company come out and check things out. Turns out there was a problem with our electric box on the boiler. He fixed it and heating system is working great. I questioned why this problem was not diagnosed first time and perhaps we didn't need a circulator in the first place. The supervisor and I spoke at length and he explained everything to me and that he would review our case and speak to both plumbers. He held our checks and said he would wait to deposit them until the matter was resolved. The company decided not to charge us for the new electric box even though he felt strongly that it was faulty. I appreciate the supervisor attentiveness, explanation and his resolution. I would recommend this company. They were very fair and professional.

Finding the leak was tricky at first but once it was found it was a quick and easy fix. As for the slow drain, the plumber said it was probably from the grout flushed by the contractors when they built our bathroom. The drain was snaked and cleaned and FINALLY it feels like a brand new tub. Everything was done efficiently and cleanly. All procedures were explained thoroughly. I really appreciated the professionalism.

He came in and looked at my furnace. Then he took a bucket of water from the water heater and that is what they call a heat tune up. They said if I did not have the service plan that it would have cost me $150. I had to pay $24.65 every month for a year because they would not let me cancel it. That is $295. year. They also came to fix my toilet. There is a plastic piece called a toilet flopper. It costs $7.95 at Home Depot They told me it would cost $400. to replace it. I declined.

Mike was a great guy, nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue to our satisfaction. I was even more impressed that he noticed my baby grandson crawling on the floor and immediately put on shoe coverings before entering. A+ for Mike. Its the little details that go a long way.

Very well. They are pricey, but in return you get punctuality, high quality work, they work efficiently and inform you of time-frames and duration of work, reliability, cleanliness, and responsiveness, which you don't get with so many other plumbers, so you get what you pay for, as they say.
