From start to finish this was a positive experience. Making the appointment with "Water Works" was simple. There was a place for me on the morning of the day after I purchased the coupon and got the phone number from Angie's List. I chose the 1000-1200 time slot. The next morning there was another phone call to tell me someone was on the way. The service person was here shortly after the phone call, 1030. He was here for quite a while, he adjusted the four thermostats, then proceeded to the basement where he checked the unit that processes the water to heat for the baseboards. He took note of the location of baseboards throughout the house and and noted the connections of the four zones. I explained that the unit was forty years old and I wasn't sure if it was large enough to accomodate the additons that had been made in our home. My husband had planned to get us a larger unit, but he died. "Rob," the WaterWorks rep, said that not only didn't I need a larger one, but when the time came for a new unit (this one is showing signs of age and wear) he would recommend a smaller one. There was no PUSH to do a replacement. There was no panic. And it was the FIRST night that the house was warm enough in two winters. I look forward to doing business with WaterWorks as soon as I can.

The service was good. I was expecting a little bit more for the coupon. The inspection was not as thorough as the coupon said it would be. I had an issue with the humidifier and they said that would be part of the Big Deal and then they tried to charge more for that when doing the service.

I decided to sign with waterworks for a maintenance contract

Wow. Great and professional service. Brought deal from your site for heat tune up. Brian came and performed a wonderful job. I have been having problems for years with freezing rooms in my upstairs that other heating companies have not been able to fix or even bother fixing problem. Brian came back with His supervisor Shaun whom is an expert in my opinion. He right away with Brian figured out the problem devised a solution and they both came back today and did the job. They changed my all of my room return and supply grills , added a return redirected a supply vent and installed a humidifier . Very professional, made sure I was happy , did everything as planned , cleaned up after and over all the best experience / costumer service I have in the plumbing heating companies and I have tried many. No company compares to Waterworks customer service and expertise in my opinion .These guys know what they are doing. I will be there customer from now on . |My house is warm now. The rooms are warmer then they ever been . I am so so happy. My bills have been for the past several years 500-600 dollars a month to keep my home warm in the winter in spite of changing the windows too . We had a boiler tune up and the technician Jim couldn't have been more professional. I plan to use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Furnace start-up. Sal was very professional and pleasant. He also took care of two other plumbing problems we were having.

He was very available and flexible he even gave his personal cell. We needed someone to remove the tile before he could start and as soon as the tile work was done he came the very next day.

Rich was very knowledgable and professional during his visit to my house. We purchased 2 coupons for a 20 point furnace inspection for 49.99 because we just moved in a month ago and wanted to make sure we didn't have any problems once winter comes. Worth the money for sure.

I was very pleased with Water Works. From the first contact phone call from Lindsay to Omar coming to the house, everyone professional and courteous. Omar was punctual and educated me on my heating system as he performed the 20 point early Bird Furnace inspection. He also gave me his evaluation of my heating system. While it is old, except for the flue which should be replaced in a year or two, everything else looked good. Omar also explained the maintenance contract that was available to me. During the inspection, I mentioned to Omar the pinging sound I was hearing in the night and Omar explained that was air in the pipes. Omar recommend flushing the 2 zone and treat with a boiler cleaner which should be good for about 5-7 years. Omar was able to do this service right away and additional cost was $339. I will be sure to contact Water Works again for any additional plumbing repairs should the need arise.

Great and beautiful work by Brian. He came and re-installed the water boiler and then backed to check it after 2 weeks. Everything is working fine now. Thanks!

They performed a heating system tune up.

They confirmed the appointment, showed up on time and in our schedule. Our boiler problems extended beyond what we had expected and they completed the repair on the same day. They were clean and considerate. I would definitely use them again, we were very pleased.

Very happy with the experience. They called me to set up the tune up. My wife was home and was happy the tech wore booties. He also had some good advice and I will use them in the future.

The serviceman arrived in the time frame the company gave me. He set to work in a professional manner cleaning and tuning up the heating system. And he left the area clean and orderly. I was totally satisfied.

Shaun was very professional. He checked the system, pointed out areas that could be improved upon. No BS. No scare tactics. Left the area neat and clean. I would recommend them and use them again.

Rob, the Water Works technician, was honest, prompt, and fully cooperative. He explained all the was involved with the process and went over the completed system at the end of a very long day. All things were kept neat and all questions were answered. Rob went above and beyond the usual service one receives and I would call Water Works back in a heart beat. The system is not inexpensive but much work went into what was done at my home.

It was excellent! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. There was a leak in the downstairs half bathroom and they couldn't fix it completely because that would have involved basically demolishing the entire sink and vanity. However, the man who came out fixed it so well that it only leaks a tiny bit and only when you first turn on the cold water. There is a bucket underneath just in case. Before, it would fill up everyday and I would have to empty it. Now, it doesn't fill up unless somebody uses the cold water and forgets to tighten the spigot all the way. In order to have changed everything out and fix it really well it would have cost us $900. This is a very old house. He fixed it so that it wouldn't be a problem for the continuing future and we would not have to spend the $900. The guy who came was very pleasant, very professional and actually went out of his way to be helpful.

Well Angie's gave me one price that I would pay for the job and when the plumber came he gave me a different price.

Once again, I was very pleased with Water Works. Brian was punctual and professional. He happily educated me as he performed the required maintenance on my boiler. He also was honest in his evaluation of my heating system...it is old but he didn't say it was necessary to replace the system yet. But he did leave an estimate for when the time does come. He also explained the maintenance contract that was available to me. Brian went above and beyond!

Jim was professional, on time, friendly and very informative about what needed to be done. He proceeded with his work in a knowledgeable manner and explained to us how to maintain the new water heater properly. He cleaned up after his work. There were no hidden charges...the price was exactly as he had quoted. We would be very happy to recommend Jim and his company to friends.

He came to explain it and when he came back to install, was very pleasant, tidy, and professional. We felt very comfortable having him in our home. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Could not complete job on first visit and had to order part. On the second visit a different worker showed up to complete the job and charged full rate. Job should have been completed for less than $200, but ended up charging over $500 to fix a leaky faucet. Company called when it realized the mistake and offered to rectify the issue.
