The company was very professional. I explained, during the follow up telephone call, that the job would be more than I could afford at the present time. Water Works was very understanding and told me to call when I was ready. The work will involve taking out a portion of a finished wall and since the plumbing problem is not of immediate concern, I have decided to delay the work until it is financially feasible.

The guy was very nice. Unfortunately, I was in the hospital that time but my wife was very impressed with them. He said everything was pretty much in order that way that something could go on the couple of years. I would say that I'm happy with what happened. I assumed he did the work that he was supposed to do. He was here on time. My wife likes the guy, he seems to know what he was doing and talking about.

Jim did an excellent job and explained each step of the process. I just regret that I could not use the Angie's List coupon that was available because it was an emergency situation since my old heater just broke down right in the middle of winter, with my 2yr old and 1yr old in the house, I NEEDED the hot water available. It would have saved me $600 more. The company said that the coupon is only for Scheduled installations. Deep inside I cant really say that I am 100% happy w/ what happened, but it was just so unfortunate for my situation knowing I could have saved a LOT more. But from quality of work alone, I would still use Water Works for any plumbing issues I will have in the future. Hopefully, I could plan better and try to avail for future discounts to offset this emergency.

The service man was punctual and came with all supplies. He was very experienced and able to change the thermostat very quickly. Finally, he helped fix the shower that was out of use for the past 5 years. All in all, an excellent experience, and I would definitely use this company again!

Jim was very helpful. He provided a lot of information on the inspection on our boiler system.

My plumbing was almost entirely nonfunctional before I finally called the plumber. I had leaky faucets in all bathrooms and the kitchen, along with one non-flushing, running toilet and one leaky one. All due to bad valves and a clogged waste drain. Bryan and Jack came out the first day to plan a course of action and estimate the cost. To save some money we agreed I would go out to Home Depot that evening and buy the faucets (apprx $500) so they'd be ready for them to install in the morning. Only problem I had here was when I asked about buying the bathtub and shower fixtures I was told the stores wouldn't have the right size. I assumed, wrongly, they would replace the bathtub water spout along with the hot and cold knobs. It was still functional but looks old next to the brand new chrome. That was yesterday. They're here now, as I type this, (on Christmas Eve day), hard at work so that I'll be able to entertain guests later this evening. Let me just note that it's invaluable to me that Waterworks actually was available on such short notice and on a holiday when I had an emergency situation. They showed up, knew what they were doing, and got the problem fixed. Hopefully, it'll STAY fixed! Sounds simple, but my experiences with other plumbers have been disasters so kudos to the courteousness and professionalism of Jack, Ray, Glen, Bryan the owner, Mike, the girls at the office and Shawn, the supervisor for all their help today. It's possible their prices could be better, but in all fairness, I haven't had the luxury of time to shop around. I did use a $36 coupon from their website, fwiw. Update: After overlooking one small fix Jack came all the way back, right away, no problem, at 6:30pm on Christmas Eve! I appreciate the fact that he knew right away what he forgot and took care of it. (the lever/handle thing on one of the toilets) Poor guy was here all day, but all's well that ends well.

I called to have a new hot water heater installed - one that I had purchased and picked up myself to save the cost of delivery. This purchase was based on the recommendation of a large consumer reporting agency, and was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, Mike from Water Works informed me that they choose not to install any water heaters not purchased through them. To say the least, this is very disappointing, and I will not call this provider again.

They inspected the furnace and made sure everything was working up to par. Gave me a list of other items that I might consider taking care of.

Seviced two separate heating systems for our house. All went as planned, Big Deal price was a bargain.

Jack found the root of the problem which is the first part Then he removed the wall-to-floor panels and replaced the entire 8 feet section of the pipe since we found there is more than one leak in there along the pipe. Someone a long time ago stuck nails along that pipe and the recent weather got one of those to leak but they were all going to leak at some point eventually He replaced one small section of the pipe first, but when we found the other leaks during the repairs he just replaced the entire pipe He was nice, explained prices which I replied to "I'm not happy with the prices but I can live with them for now" He cleaned up afterwards and instructed me on how to proceed with fixing the panels once the section dries off Great experience, Jack is a good guy and a professional

After my describing the situation, Water Works (plumber) said that he could not service (replace faucet) at our condo in Nanuet, only "private" homes. I did not understand his objection to working in a multi-unit building, in which we own one unit.

First let me say that I did not have any services performed other than the initial evaluation so I cannot rate their work. Dan (the person) who came to the house seemed like a nice individual and he was slightly later than the 2 hour window originally given. My deal was $99 for $200 worth of work. What I got for that was an assessment of the job. Dan performed a "flood test" (which was just turning on the water, filling the tub) to assess the leaks. That "flood test" was billed at $189.99 which took up the $200 worth of work. After that Dan gave me my options for what needed to be done and that was that. I did not use Waterworks and called another company because Waterworks price was very high and it seemed to me like the options given were overboard and quite pricey. Both options the second company gave me were not so over the top as Waterworks and much more reasonable in price. So that being said, maybe Waterworks is a fabulous company -- I'll never know because I will not be using them. We all must conserve money and Waterworks solutions seemed over the top and quite pricey. In addition, $189.99 to run the water and assess the leaks ("flood test")was just a bit much. I don't object to paying for a test but that just seemed like a way to eat up the $200 worth of work. This is just my experience. If you use them, maybe ask up front what are their charges for coming out to evaluate.

My appointment was scheduled between 10am-12pm. I did not hear from anyone so I called the office and spoke with a very nice lady who told me the technician was just finishing up at an emergency job and would be at my home within the hour, this was completely understandable as we had our first snow fall last night and with the colder temperatures I'm sure there were plenty of true emergencies. After about 1/2 hour she called to tell me the tech would be arriving within the 1/2 hour, which he did. Omar, the technician, was very professional and polite, it was apparent he really knew the plumbing business. The price I was given to remove and replace the faucet, using their supplied faucet, was approximately $500, even with using the $99 coupon on Angie's list it would still be approximately $300 which is a bit pricey for me.... Omar explained that he cleans the drain etc and does a thorough, complete and 2 year guaranteed job and I believe he would. Omar said he would give me a call if there was any way he could negotiate the price down with his boss but right now the price seems a bit steep. I was hoping to simply purchase a faucet on my own and use the $99 coupon for $200 worth of service to have it installed. I've never had any plumbing work done before but $300 + $99 (for the coupon) + $150 (approx cost of faucet) seems like a lot of money for this type of work so I will be looking around a little more... if this proves to be a "good deal" I will update my review.

I had a furnace tune-up done. Everything went very well. Luis was very professional and did a thorough job and answered all my questions. I made the appointment and was told he would be here between 8-10 am--Luis arrived at 7:55am!! I would definitely call them again in the future.

He was on time. He was very nice young man. He did the flush and then left.

Water Works sent Andy to fix some leaky faucets. He came right on time and all the work was well done. I'll definitely call them for future work.

Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient - he provided extra-value service - since through experience he knew the most likely source of the problem and then implemented the most cost-effective solution. He also was able to investigate various possible causes of our baseboard heating problem and succinctly outlined our options. Also, he was able to provide cost estimates for each of the possible solutions. Extremely pleased with the service

We used the Angie's list coupon for a furnace check up. We called and in less than 24 hours Water Works had someone come out to our home. Previously we'd contacted other companies and had been told we had to wait or no one called us back. We just moved into a new home and wanted to make sure the furnace was ready for winter. Rich was awesome. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He made sure we understood the issues that he found and laid out the condition of the furnace, what to look out for and what to consider for future maintenance. He was responsive, punctual and polite. Of note, we had just installed new hardwood floors and without our asking he offered to put on protective booties that he brought with him. We will absolutely be using this company in the future!

I chose them because of their rating and $200 of work for $99 deal. First the plumber did the drain and helped me select a new faucet. The next week (at my convenience) he returned to install the selected faucet. The plumber always arrived in the scheduled interval and was very friendly and professional. He did the work as described. The drain has never run better and the faucet is working well. I would use them again.

The technician was very courteous and professional. While doing the service he located two problems that could have been catastrophic (possible flood) if left alone. He diagnosed the problems and made the necessary repairs.

It really worked out very well. They were very professional, very experienced and fair priced. They charged extra for the diagnostic because we had a non-working furnace. We had an additional switch. The diagnosis wasn't the part of the original deal. We didn't have the connection between the heating panel inside the house and the actual furnace in the boiler. He charged because of the time he spent for the diagnosis, but he cut the price down. He cut it down from $129 to $89. The guy seemed extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. There was an additional switch that was turned off. It was the first time I used them, but I would use them again. The price was very good.

The technician that came to my house was JIM, he was unbelievable answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me, very professional and efficient. Will define fly hire and use again

Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Helped with unrelated questions about other parts of the house not related to the service we called for. Work was well done and efficient. but a bit overpriced.
