I liked that they were professional, responsive and the quality of their work was good.

They do not come to Westchester County in New York. I received a refund for the Big Deal. The people over the phone apologized and they let me know that they do not service my area. I had to call them as I waited a week and I did not receive an email or phone call.

I purchased the service through Angie's list coupon for $99.00. It seems the $ 99.00 advertised price (including material & labor, with coupon) is deceiving. I have asked for a refund from Angie?s. Their estimate was high, unreasonable and the technician was not well-mannered. In addition, he wanted to charge extra money, if the old facet doesn't come out easily.

Jim was great, friendly and cheerful, He arrived on time, used shoe covers when entered the house and got to the problem in a matter of minutes. I had purchased a coupon of $100.00 for $200.00 worth of services anticipating that the cost of a plumber visit, not including the labor and parts would be much more. However upon finishing the work he to told me that I still have money leftover and he could provide another service to use up the balance. I was amazed at his honesty and professionlism. When I pointed to him that I had a proble with my heating system, he cleaned the parts and readusted the timing. His trip saved me from having to call a heating repairman and incurring additional cost. I would hightly recommend this service and use them for all my future needs.

we needed a garbage disposal installed, and the price the quoted us was outrageous! I have a plumber doing the job right now for less than half the price they said they would do it for. Paying them $99.00 for "$200.00" worth of plumbing as they advertise is a scam. I am going to demand a refund from Angie's List.

Overall, it went well. The technician was thorough and, I thought, very good. The old facuet was difficult to pull out and he upgraded our older values to new, modern valves. That was the good news. We did have a slight leak in one of the PVC pipe connections, but it was a simple fix for me so I didn't even bother to call them back. It didn't manifest itself until we ran the dishwasher and again, overall, I was happy with the work. The price? I thought it was a bit outrageous. Without the Angie's List coupon it would have been around $700 for 2 hours of labor, 3 shut off valves and some plastic PVC piping. Now unless the values were solid gold (they weren't) lets be generous and say the total cost of parts was $200 and that's being VERY generous. That would mean they charged $250/hr in labor. If we translate that over the course of a normal 40-hr work week over 52 weeks a year that, my friends, is $520k! Apparently the 1% don't just work on Wall Street....they fix plumbing too. :) That said, I may use them again in the future. But I'm likely to shop around and try other plumbers first because of the price.

Fabulous service. My plumber put shoe covers on the minute he entered my home. He was personable and very qualified. Explained what was needed and gave me an estimate. He had the parts on his truck and my problem was fixed in no time.

The rep arrived and did a comphrehensive inspection, performed the hot water heater flush and gave us quotes on additional work that could be performed.

That worked out really well. They were very good. They were very honest. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn't need. They were just very good and very efficient, so it was a good experience overall. They were very honest about what I needed and what I didn't need. They felt that the equipment that I have is fine and don't need to upgrade at this point as long as everything is working. He reported back to me that everything is in good working condition.

He did an excellent job snaking the sink and bathroom darinage system....he showed me the underlying problem and made recommendations as to follow up care and maintainence of the system. He also replaced the kitchen faucet...quite a professional job...He arrived on time, respected my home, wearing shoe covers to protect my floors andcleaned up after himself...at no point did he appear to be rushed....He did a fantastic job

I purchased a $99 special from Angie's list.($99 for $200 of work and parts which really goes fast) Waterworks called me the next day to set up an appointment. Bill arrived on time and did a great job he explained everything he was doing as well as answered any questions I had. At the end of work he cleaned everything including my bathroom floor. Bill was great. The only downside was the price the special is really not a special because a faucet is 300 bucks. Other than that I had a great experience with waterworks.

This is an essential annual service that everyone should do, particularly prior to winter arriving. In this case nothing significant was wrong, which was a very good thing to know come January and single digit temperatures.

Rich assessed my problem and repaired it in about 3 hours' time. The obstruction was about 85 feet from his point of access which took much time to reach. He was polite and patient with a curious customer and took care to protect my floors from tracked-in dirt. I'm very satisfied with his level of professionalism and proficiency.

This was a Big Deal purchased through Angie's List. Everything went very well and I am very satisfied. They even got it completed in the short time frame that I had made myself available to them.

It was super easy to pay for the service through Angie's list - this was much easier than paying the service tech to avoid any disagreement with price. The coupon from Water Works was a great value as well. I received a call from Water Works within a day of my booking the service and they were ultra flexible with timing - they work 7 days per week, and no crazy charges for coming out on a weekend. What a refreshing concept. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and as luck would have it, my phone ringer was turned off...so I didn't hear the call. They arrived and I was still sleeping. I woke up 10 minutes later, and called them after seeing the message on the answering machine, and told them what had happened. The guy on the phone said "no problem,, I told the service tech to get a cup of coffee locally and relax for a few minutes" That's amazing. I was expecting an attitude as I had clearly been at fault, but Water Works was thoughtful and understanding and knew exactly what to do. The guy called the service tech back and he arrived at my house within minutes. Rich, the service tech, was very nice, was not upset or annoyed that he had to wait, and seemed genuinely interested in doing his job and being helpful. He came in and started his evaluation and inspection of my furnace. I've had my furnace serviced with this type of annual inspection and cleaning many times before from various companies, but Rich seemed to be doing a lot more. I stayed nearby watching, and he patiently answered all of my questions. He told me that he had worked for a few other companies before Water Works, but that Water Works does a much more involved level of inspection and cleaning than any of his previous companies. Based on what I saw, I have to agree - this service was more thorough than any I've seen on my furnace for the past 7 years that I've been living here. If only all service technicians were as knowledgeable, patient and had such high standards of customer service as Rich. I will definitely call this company back for my next service or if I have a problem with the furnace or other plumbing problem, and when I do I will ask for Rich.

I had a bunch of little things (leaky faucets, a leaky toilet). The technician came on time and simply fixed them. Very professional attitude. Very knowledgeable. These guys are my new "go to" plumbers. Even though my items were small I definitely felt that he knew what he was doing. and would be able to handle bigger jobs when needed

A Water Works plumber came to our condo and gave us an estimate on plumbing services, but when we called to schedule the work, they said that they don't perform work in high rise buildings. It seems quite odd that the original plumber took the time to give us an estimate and never mentioned any issues with working in high rise buildings. Additionally, the itemized amounts quoted seemed to be very high and exceeded the $200 value of the Angie's List deal, while the services we requested were for simple jobs (i.e. replace ptrap, install kitchen sink fixture, fix leaky faucet). I would definitely NOT recommend their services.

It went great. They set a 2 hour window and they were here with in the first 15 minutes. He put on the booties over his shoes. His gloves were frozen and we offered to put them in the microwave but he declined because there was oil on them and just thawed them out with his hands. The most important thing was that the job was done correctly the first time. We have used them in the past and would recommend them to anyone. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

Purchase the furnace cleaning deal on Angie's List. The service provider showed up on time, left the place clean, and showed me pictures of some of the excessive dust that had built up in the furnace. The appointment was easy to schedule, and the whole thing was a breeze. Would use again.

They weren't that great. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount, they tried like hell though! I've never used them before. There were no issues since the service was provided. My problem was they were trying to upsell me.

Jim Rexhaj arrived promptly as scheduled and was very professsional and pleasant to meet. He evaluated the plumbing issues I was having and gave me an estimate to complete the work. He performed a minor repair on one of my sinks and is going to return to complete the work I have chosen to do on a day that is more convenient for me as time was a constraint today. He did a thorough inspection of my heating system and made some suggestions as to what I should have done. Both repairs will be done on the same day when he returns. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this service call. He was a pleasure to do business with!
