Description of Work: We have a business life that has totally invaded our private life - in terms of time (we really work 7 days a week, year round) - and have a home office that is much more office than home. We need to be able to depend on the people we hire to perform the services they promise in a timely fashion and without any reservations. In other words, just get it done and get it done right. Water Works exceeded every expectation. What a great group. We ran into plumbing issues that we hadn't anticipated. Water Works walked us through the options. Even with the extra stuff, Water Works got it done on schedule, without raising h*** with our schedule, and with excellent workmanship. They are our 1st choice for anything to do with plumbing or heating or for that matter if we decided to paint the exterior of the house, we might ask Water Works (not Angie) for recommendation on who we should use to repaint. that's how much we trust and like them.

Description of Work: The Water Works low-priced inspection was a scam. The Water Works technician told us we needed to immediately replace our central A/C unit's air handler because it was "full of deadly, black mold" He even had my wife crawl up into the attic and showed her what he said was the mold. However, we got a second opinion. The second technician laughed loudly and stated that what the Water Works tech had showed my wife was not mold at all--it was the air handler's insulation! The second technician said there was nothing needed and didn't even charge us for the inspection. Needless to say, Water Works will not get a call from us ever again.

Description of Work: Water Works is very professional. James the tech, was good at explaining what he was going to do and recommendations needed. He cleaned up after himself. If your looking to save money am sure there other cheaper options; do not consider them if price is what your looking for. Everything else i give them A+

Description of Work: They fixed a leaking problem with my dishwasher. Since then I had them give me a couple of quotes for other issues. One was the repair/replacement of a toilet, a repair of an injector pump and the installation of water softener.
