Phone wait was LONG. Once I got a person he was helpful and professional. I would also add that he was patient with my lack of electric knowledge. Determined I needed a tech and got an appointment with a smaller than usual window for that same day. Technician was also punctual and professional. Issue fixed quickly and has been fine since.

Friendly, regular extras, much better value and service vs. Time Warner. Internet is super fast.

THe installer was a great guy, no complaints at all. I have 3 complaints about fios so far 1) My first bill was incorrect however. I was charged an extra $100 broken into three payments on my first three bills. I called to have it corrected, but it wasn't . I called again and now I have to wait to see if it will actually be credited on my next bill. I will have to do the same for the next two billing cycles. It's annoying and I wonder if billing "mistakes" are built in to some of these companies - they hope customers won't notice. I had frequent mistakes on my comcast bill too. It drove me crazy how often I had to call them. 2) Fios ON DEMAND has been giving me a lot of problems. 3) My phone # wasn't attached to my account so I'm still trying to get that resolved because I can't login to watch on my computer until it's resolved --Benn almost a week so far.

Great installation. Tech was very knowledgeable and experienced. We locked into a lower priced deal for two years that saved us hundreds of dollars a year. The system is easy to use, the picture is good, the internet service is good. It's much more reliable for TV than satellite, which went out pretty much every time it rained hard.The only repair we've had was related to a downed wire following the hurricane, and Verizon responded very quickly.

We were using another company before and no matter what we did to get a clear picture we couldn't and when they came out they always told me it was the problem of the wiring in the house. Finally I got aggravated and switched to Verizon and lo and behold the wiring seemed to be perfect and I got clear pictures. The only problem with Verizon is, a couple of times a month we'll try to watch a show and it won't come on and we get some odd messages but within half an hour it always gets fixed so I would continue using the services of Verizon Fios.

We got a great deal with them and they save me a hundred dollars a month. The only problem I have with them is that they are poor in responding to customer's concerns.

They are pretty helpful walking you through repairs over the phone. They always check their repairs and otherwise I did not have any problems with them.

We were with cablevision and Verizon Fios was an alternative and we switched over to them. CableVision kept raising their prices and Fios came in and gave us a good deal so we went with them. They offer a lot of quality on the TV, the picture is much better. The internet speed is much faster. They even give you a backup so if the power goes out you can still use your phone. Everything is through fiber optics.

As far as Internet connection and speed is concerned, I don't have any problem with them. Technically they provide very confident service, considering the alternatives there are I don't think they're any worse and they are probably a little better than the alternatives that are out there.

The installation was poor. They did not deliver everything they promised. They had to go get a box for the bedroom, which was not originally discussed. We were unhappy with the installation. As far as the operation on a day-to-day basis, it is OK, but we would not do it again. The overall experience was poor. The price and quality were excellent. Their responsiveness was poor. Given the opportunity, I would not switch to Fios again.

I've been using them for 5 years. The only thing I don't like is that being a long time customer I don't get any special deals. Other than that the service is okay.

We have never had any issues with the service. Anytime that we've needed them, primarily only for internet and cable service, they have responded quickly and answered all of our questions. We've never had problems with our home phone service.

The quality of the picture is beautiful. The overall experience is good. I will continue to use this service.

If I have a problem, they try to fix it over the phone. If they can't, they will send someone out right away.
