We weren’t quite ready to buy because of some medical issues. They set up an appointment for a gentleman to come out and measure because we needed some granite cut for the cooktop installation. They measured everything before we bought, the pre-order visit was very precise. They made certain the appliances would work in my space before we bought. They are prompt and neat. Their customer service is terrific; they are very thorough. It’s a family owned company which I like. Everyone I met was absolutely terrific and professional.

We went to Top Line based upon Angie's List member comments and also local reputation, so we had some degree of confidence and high expectations. We also wanted to support a local business and avoid the mega chains. Unfortunately, our experience thus far has been mediocre. The first contact was with a sale consultant at the Westfield location on a Saturday. We walked in and while we had some amount of time, we were rushed through because she had "an appointment coming in from the city" to meet with. Appointments? who knew...In any case, apparently there was no one else who could help us either. The sales person promised to put together some quotes and email to us. This was the first less than positive experience, as I had to chase down the price quotes. We were definitely getting the feeling, that perhaps because we were not buying really, really expensive high end appliances, our business was not quite as valuable to the sales person. We eventually got the quotes, had some time to go through but it was difficult to get a hold of the sales person to ask follow-up questions. I made an appointment to stop in and do the actual ordering. So that was done, then we waited for the delivery estimate. And waited. Once again, we had to chase this down and in fact circumvented the sales person and called the warehouse directly. Got a date estimate, but by the day before no confirmation that the date was 'real'. Once again, had to chase this down. Not warm fuzzy feelings at this point. I will say that the delivery of the appliances was great. We also had an old refrigerator removed, and the young men who were doing the work on this were professional and polite. Next up came the installation team. They were fast, I will say that, and perhaps a bit too fast. One guy had to rush off to another job, so it was a bit of a whirlwind. In the aftermath, we discovered a problem with the range. The burner ignitors aren't working properly; those on the diagonal must both be on, otherwise if only one in the pair is on, the other burner ignitor clicks constantly. This might have been found if the installer tooks a little more time, I recall he lit all four burners at once and the problem would not have surfaced under those conditions. Called in for service and last Friday had a service person come to the house. Was told it is a problem with the circuit board and they will have to get a part and/or replace the board. That was last Friday, and it is now Tuesday and I have had no word on when we might expect a fix. Undoubtably will have to chase that down as well. It might have been nice that after delivery and installation to have received a call from someone at Top Line to see fi everything went well for us. In fact given Top Line's supposed focus on customer service we were sort of expecting that. Overall, I don't think we did any better with using Top Line than if we had gone to a Lowes or a Home Depot.

Top Line did a very good job of helping me find what I was looking for in terms of a new refrigerator. They also did a good job of installing it for me as well.

I was happy with the overall experience. I believe I got a great deal when I bought my package of my appliances. The service guys that came out were good. The only thing that I did not like was that the company is not good with follow through. I believe this is because of a lack of communication between the departments.

The delivery and installation went well. I would say the overall experience was fine. I would highly recommend.

They were fabulous! Their customer service was great as they were able to answer any questions we had. They offered us the best prices and information on the appliances we were buying. They are great with making sure we got great value for our appliances as they offered us a discount for buying a package deal. They are very accommodating and just have great customer service which is just so important these days. We could not have been happier with them.

They did a great job with everything. They were great with following up with me. They were very accomodating as I had ordered different models that took time to come in and they were willing to hold on to everything for me while I waited.

The experience was good overall. We have had no problems.

They didn't do any installation for us, rather we just purchased the cook top. We went into the store to purchase the cook top and the customer service representatives were very helpful.

I thought they were a little pricey, but I would say overall they are about average. I already knew more or less what I was looking for when I went in to the store, but their customer service representatives helped me find the rest of the appliances I needed.

I have used them for several years. We pretty much buy all their major appliances. They are easy to deal with, and they warehouse things locally. The delivery staff and installation staff is very good. We bought a washer and dryer which we had to replace because of hurricane.

Top-Line offered all of the brands and models that we were looking for, and had the best prices by far (we had 6 other bids). In addition, they were able to offer 3.5% sales tax (half off!). Their sales staff was very knowledgable and professional, and the appliances were delivered on time. Very highly recommended!

I was happy with their service. It is the kind of store you can go in and the people can really explain the product to you. They deal mostly in high end home appliances. It is nice to have someone explain the differences between the models, including the pros and cons.

They did a really good job. I thought they were very accommodating and helpful. I would describe them as lenient. I had a problem which they could have ignored and they helped me out. I had purchased a house that had brand new appliances; the stove needed repaired and they took care of the problem for me. I was pretty impressed.

I had contractors here when they delivered the installation. Everything went well and I would recommend them.

Their service was fine. When we were shopping for appliances there were a lot of things we didn’t know and weren’t aware of. I feel the explanation of appliances could have been a lot better. I guess we could have asked more questions, but we should have received a better tutorial.

I have had excellent success with them. They carry quality products. They are kind of a self-contained company. They have their own service technicians. Everything is in house from sales to customer service, installations to repairs. They have completive prices and offer more than their competitors.

The sales rep Bee Kelly was very informative about the appliances we bought. She was on top of things and I would highly recommend them.

The appliances were delivered on time. There was a problem with one of the appliances (the refrigerator) and Top Line gave us a replacement until the new one arrived which was one week later. Todd kept on top of everything for us and we were very pleased with him and his company. They are a professional group of people who are client oriented. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them without hesitation,.

Top Line did a great job overall. Top Line did not have to help us with appliance selection since we already new exactly what we wanted. However, the salesperson with whom we worked did an efficient job looking up the model numbers, placing the orders, and printing all of the appliance specifications for us. The price, including sales tax, beat all of the appliance centers in the area, including those located in counties with lower sales tax rates. Delivery was one day later than scheduled, but did not impact our construction time line.
