An honest and reliable plumber. Does excellent work. Had an issue with my hot water heating system. Called PSE&G since I have insurance coverage for my heating system with them. They said everything was fine; couldn't find anything wrong. Called Scott Seib since the problem did not go away. He came the next day and repaired the problem.

I had a little trouble finding a plumber who would do the work. When I contacted Mr. Seib, he promptly came over to look at the job. He explained what had to be done and how he would do it. He was very knowledgeable especially on the Plumbing Code. He personally went to talk to the plumbing inspector to find out if a special shutoff valve was needed. He also filed a permit to do the work at the same time. A few days later his men came and did the work. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an excellent job. The plumbing inspector also thought they did an excellent job. Not only did Mr Seib do an outstanding job, but his price was the lowest.

Arrived on time, installed replacement kitchen sink spray head and hose assembly, then had plumber install two replacement bathroom sink faucet lines. Work performed quickly, all within an hour. New, replacement parts from Kohler used different escutcheons from rest of bathroom hardware, so had to reinstall old escutcheons later so as to match remainder of bathroom fixtures. Kohler customer service helpful but information provided was not correct (simple disassembly of screws from underneath was all that was needed to free up parts).

He is a great service provider and if everyone was like him then we wouldn't have bad service providers out there. He is very professional, knowledgable, and explains everything he is doing.

THEY ALWAYS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL OF THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR US. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

HE WAS VERY GOOD IN HIS WORK. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, DID THE WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE AND THEN LEFT. I FEEL THAT HE IS A LITTLE TOO EXPENSIVE THOUGH.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY COMPLETELY GUTTED AND REMODELED THE WHOLE THING, INCLUDING THE PLUMBING AND FIXTURES. THE TILE AND FLOORING WAS REDONE. THEY WERE DONE IN A FEW WEEKS, COMPARED TO THE LAST COMPANY THAT WE HAD DO A BATHROOM, WHICH TOOK A MONTH.

THEIR CONDUCT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE ME ONE QUOTE BEFORE THE JOB AND A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE ON THE BILL. THE COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE WORK WAS POOR.
