We scheduled an appointment with McIntyre's to come change the locks and install deadbolts at the home we had just purchased. The cost for all the locks was $550.00 (special order). Noel, the technician worked diligently and cleaned up after changing each lock. He was punctual and professional. We would definitely recommend McIntyre's for locks and would use them again in the future.

We scheduled an appointment with McIntyre's to come change the locks and install deadbolts at a house we had just bought about a week ahead of time. The overall estimated cost they gave us was close to $500 including materials (we needed 5 re-keys and 3 deadbolts), but it ended up being only $350. The locksmith was a bit late, but called to let me know he'd gotten held up by an emergency call from someone who'd gotten locked out and asked if that was okay, so I can't really ding them for that. When the guy did come, he worked fast, but the deadbolts all look good and work fine. He made sure to check with me when he was installing one of the deadbolts slightly farther from the knob than he usually uses because an old fixture was in the way on the door to make sure it was okay, even though I wouldn't have noticed. He actually missed one door that needed re-keying, which I noticed after he left. But I called him and he ended up coming right back and fixing it, then knocking a few bucks off the price. It's probably not the cheapest shop, but I didn't think the price was outrageous and the guy did a good job. I'd recommend them.

My LEXUS key integrates electronics with the actual physical cut key. The plastic shell had broken, but the key and the electronics still worked. So I ordered a replacement shell on line, and took it to this establishement. (Check first to make sure that the "laser cut" key guy is in, because it seems there is a single person trained to do this). Everything was as smooth as cutting a regular key. Total out of pocket for my LEXUS replacement key was 25 for the shell on line and 25 for cutting at this establishment. Otherwise, dealers wanted 250 and up. Saved me a bundle!

Went well. Locksmith showed up at the agreed-upon time and made the lock usable again. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He waited patiently for us to get our payment together.

Everything went great. They were able to repair it though it's been a long time. They were good people and they gave good service. I have no complaints. They were pretty efficient. Their price was competitive. I will use their services again in the future.

He was very nice. When he left, I tried the back door lock and it fell off and he came right back to fix it. He was very nice and clean. I would certainly use him again in the future.

I ordered several EMTEK locks from this shop. They were unwilling to accept for returning a defective lock or apply the cost of the lock to other equipment and would only provide an identical replacement for the unit. My attitude was why continue with a brand that was unreliable, and I preferred to try a different product. Management's attitude towards this situation was that their no return policy was posted and they clearly communicated their dismissal of the issue by walking away from the counter. Clearly these folks do not need my business. In the past they repaired a mortise lock I brought in. They did the work but the repair job was slapdash and I could not use the lock which continued to stick. I suggest you purchase locks from the many internet vendors with more generous return policies.

He recut the cylinders inside the lock to match my keys. Everything worked great after that. I had been having problems with this lock for years and was willing to do whatever it took to get it to work. McIntyre's solved my problem for hundreds of dollars less than I had ever expected.

They are excellent as far as locksmiths. He was right on time, returned our calls, and was very helpful. He was clean and very considerate. He was much better than the other locksmiths we've had in the past. His price is very reasonable and high quality.
