Overall well. Dustless service was well worth the expense.

Requested additional estimates from him through his email. He never got back to me. His estimate was very high and I found someone else NOT on Angie's List that was less than half the price.This is the second business I got fro Angie's List that was listed in the "A" category that bombed for me. I'm very disappointed with this service and I'm sorry I spent the money to join it. The people I've contacted through Angie's List have been lousy.

I chose him for an estimate based on his rating on Angies List. Oh well, I will have to keep looking. It would be better if contractors just let you know that they are not interested in the job.

My overall experience was good. They are a bit on the pricey side. I ended up going with someone whose timing was more flexible that worked better with mine. I would probably not use them again as they are pricey.

I've had experience with him before and I just find him to be better than other people. I have recommended him to a lot of people. If they go with someone else and I see their floor afterwards, there is absolutely no comparison. There are a lot of people that do floors cheaper, but the floor is just gorgeous when he does it. His price is high but it is worth it. When I know people that have used him, they call me to say that he is professional. You have to really care about the quality of work going into your house to appreciate his work. His work holds up; I only had to call him back because I dropped something on the floor and I wanted it touched up. He didn't even charge me much because it was a quick job. He did a job in my living room and dining room ten years ago and it is still beautiful. Some people don't notice, but if you are a person that really cares, you should go with him. I give him the highest score and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

He is an expert at what he does and is an extremely good craftsman. I have recommended him to anybody needing their floors done and will continue to do so. He is not going to be the cheapest, but for the quality of his work, there is no comparison.

THEY WERE FABULOUS. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND THE FLOORS LOOKED GREAT IN THE END. THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY DEFINITELY WEREN'T THE MOST EXPENSIVE. MANY PEOPLE IN MY AREA HAVE USED THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service, he is very reliable and the price was very good. He really had to do a miracle with our floors. We are very, very pleased with Juan's work. He restored the original beauty and now they look brand new. I highly recommend him.
