Everything went perfectly. Two people from the company came, one working in the bathroom, one working in the kitchen. After they finished, they cleaned up. So glad to have this repair off of my list of things to do.

The workmanship was good. However, I asked for 2 -3 workers. I got 1 worker and two helpers. The work that was done was good. If I would hire or do this again I must insist on people who actually do the work in order to get things discussed completed. This being stated, they were punctual, professional and overall good character. I appreciated the services wouldn't mind hire as long as the workers work. Thank You for a the job you did.

They arrived on time. We only needed the hallway and a tiny bathroom painted. When they were ready to leave, both the hallway and bathroom needed at the very least another coat of pain. I asked them were they going to leave with it looking like it was and they said their time was up. I thought it was unprofessional and that they should have said upfront that they would not be able to complete the job. I hate writing negative reviews but I was so unhappy after they left and plus going through Chemo during that time didn't help my stress level. My husband had to paint both the bathroom and the hallway. In the past, through Angie's List, I hired another company to paint another portion of my house (living room/dining room/foyer/hallway) and I was extremely pleased with their work. The owner took pride in ensuring that the job was completed to his satisfaction before leaving which worked out to my satisfaction. I hope A Condo LLC is different now because they certainly knew when they left my house how disappointed I was in the work they did.

The crew arrived on time to my home on the scheduled day and all work was performed at a reasonable price. I would hire again and recommend to friends.

I purchased the service as an Angie's List handyman for a day deal (8 hours for 1 worker 4 hours each for 2 workers). Within 24 hrs of my purchase, I was contacted by Marcela inquiring about the work I was looking to have completed. Once we confirmed my list of jobs, we scheduled the appointment. I was contacted by Mike the morning of the appointment confirming the time he would arrive. Mike and his brother, Frank, arrived when they said and started working promptly. The guys ran into a small issue when installing the door, through no fault of their own, which caused them to run a little over time, however Mike discussed the issue with me and made me aware that they may run a little over. Marcela also called me to ensure that I was informed and to let me know what the extra time would cost. The guys were personable, and respectful of my home. The work areas were left clean, and the jobs were completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use A Condo LLC again and recommend them to my friends!

From start to finish it was a breeze working with Mike from A Condo. I called the office and had an appointment setup immediately (I am blanking on the woman's name but she was amazing) and Mike and another guy came to the house to fix the holes we had from recessed lighting. It took them about 1.5 for the first visit. My wife said they were professional, courteous and clean. Mike had to come back a few days later for another coat and he did that while we were out. He locked up behind him and left the house nice and clean. Everything looks great and would use him for this among other projects that we need to have done in the near future!

It turned out very good. I would say use them, use them again. He's good.

Went well. He also caulked the tub on the floor above, to dispel the possibility that that was the source of water. We will have him back again so to complete the work, as soon as we are sure of he source of the water.

Called the number to get an estimate, a guy answered, after explaining the work needed, he said I am very busy now and I will give you estimate after 2 days. 2 days went by didn't hear back, called him, he said that he was busy and if I was in a rush seek someone else. if you are too busy to provide an estimate after 2 days, I can imagine how long until he would do the actual work.
