A Condo LLC began as a general works contractor in 2001. Owners are always onsite to supervise jobs. We provide Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling, Tile and Hardwood flooring, Windows and doors installation, Crown moldings, trims and base installation, Sheetrock, Spackle and painting. We also provide Handyman and Cleaning services. Over the years our company has undertook many challenging projects and accumulated skills," know how", and experience in all kinds of home improvements. Our objective is to provide our clients with an "I am assured" experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our vision is to be a respectable building contractor always delivering beyond expectations.

Description of Work: Wow! These gentlemen did a superb job and I wish I could give them an A+ ++ rating on Angie's list. Owner Mike and one other contractor helped me with several projects around the house, all completed within four hours. I was so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail that I asked them to give me estimates on my bathrooms as well. I highly recommend A Condo LLC. And Marcela, who does all the scheduling, is a joy to work with as well! Great job, you guys.

I had a basement flood and needed to repair the bathroom and new tile in the main area. They were always pleasant and professional and clean. Everything turned out beautiful! The work was done timely and would recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs.
Description of Work: Installed a new shower, sink , and toilet. All new PVC piping was also installed. Great paint job too. The shower and floor were tiled beautifully. Also terracotta tile was laid in the main area.

Mike and his team were professional and conscientious on each and every job for which they were hired to perform. Mike and his team always showed up on time, treated our home with the utmost respect by ensuring at the end of every work day everything was clean and in order and always stayed within budget. Every guest that comes to our house always complements us on the bathroom tile work and the custom built bow window for which we have Mike and team to thank. Any job that that I have in my house in the future, I will always reach out to A CONDO LLC without hesitation.
Description of Work: MIke Condo and his team completely removed my kitchen and and one bathroom down to the studs. Mike and his team installed tile floors, installed sheet rock, created a custom tiled shower, constructed custom on-site cabinets for the bathroom and painted. Additionally, on a previous job, Mike and his team completely reconstructed my living room including installation of a custom bow window, installing custom crown molding and painting.

Mike Condo is a true craftsman and the greatest Kitchen/Bath Contractor I've ever met. His work is as artistic as it is functional and his tremendous attention to detail puts his work on a whole other level. Mike is incredibly resourceful, he came up with astonishingly creative yet simple solutions to fix work done elsewhere in the house by other contractors - i.e. making an AC grate fit over protruding pipes - rather than simply redo the work, at a tremendous saving to us. Mike is talented, reliable, responsible, patient, creative and honest. He's a rare find in the world of construction and anyone thinking about renovating a kitchen or bath would be lucky to hire him.

As with our previous experiences, Mike has been great to work with: responsive, timely, polite, willing to tell us truthfully which projects he can accomplish, when and at what cost. His work was on time, completed in the manner we agreed and at the price we expected. We will use him in the future and recommend him to friends.
Description of Work: Mike has provided a number of services to us in an excellent fashion. Most recent services included tile grouting of various types, floor stain touch-ups, electrical switch replacement, bookcase and cabinet repair, installation of blinds. He has previously helped us by installing a tile floor in basement, refinishing hardwood floors, replacing a cupola on garage roof. In short, a very wde variety.
