The gentleman who came to my house was very nice, very professional and even wore booties to keep my floors clean!! He took the front cover off of the dryer and vacuumed it very thoroughly. Then he put a new hose on the back of the dryer that was better than the hose someone else previously put on. He worked on the dryer for an hour and a half. He said it was in good condition and told me I should only need it cleaned every few years since I clean the lint trap after each use. I would definitely recommend them and use again.

Worker was very professional and friendly. Took the time to explain each step of cleaning process. Even cleaned yard outside where lint came through dryer. Plan to hire for periodic maintenance. Great value for price!

K&K came out very promptly and professionally. The initial cleaning did not remedy the issue so I had to call K&K back out to the house (otherwise it would have been an 'A' for quality). They came back as soon as possible and even used a camera to make sure they found out what was still clogging the vent. Very satisfied and I would call them back.

I called only to have my vent hood replaced and the inside vent repaired, and cleaned out. It's a very old dryer, but still works, so I'm not in the market to replace it. I had no idea the extent of cleaning that was involved. The entire dryer was taken apart. I jokingly commented "I hope you know how to put this back together", the reply being "This is what is involved in a cleaning". While Hzikiah worked, we talked the entire time. I couldn't have been more pleased. Very personable, and professional. This was a job I had been putting off for some time, so whatever the cost, I was prepared, but as time went on all I could see was $$$$. Was I wrong. When he presented me the bill, I was in shock, it was so cheap, and that's exactly what I told Hzikiah. "That's my price for a cleaning". Regardless of the time he spent on this job, it was a very enjoyable afternoon for me. It's important to me as a single female home owner to find honest, trustworthy vendors to come into my home for maintenance. I would highly recommend Klean n klear. After having this service done, I have been able to cut 10 minutes off a drying cycle, regardless of load.

Excellent job done by Nick of Klean N Klear dryer vent cleaning service. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and very thorough!!!! Price was extremely reasonable. Nick was on time and just the nicest person to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable. Our dryer works great now and we feel safe that our vent is clean and we have prevented a dryer fire.

Klean n Klear did a thorough job and even came back out for follow-up upon request. Now the dryer is operating efficiently. Kudos to the professional and responsive staff! I would hire them again and also recommend them to others.
