Very well - would definitely recommend.

I debated whether I should write a review about a business which I didn't employ but since I rely on such reviews to pick my contractors I decided to include it here . I wanted to employ him to repair my garage door opener but found the person on the phone to be extremely rude and arrogant ( all this just to agree upon a date for the service ) . I decided to not use his services based on his attitude . When you are in services industry attitude along with expertise is the deciding factor .

I found Princeton Overhead Door on Angie's List and contacted him because he was nearby and had all positive reviews. He came to our house within hours, quickly identified the problem and replaced a worn part on the spot. He could have easily sold us a new opener instead of simply repairing the existing one. He arrived when he said he would and had the repair done quickly. I would certainly use Princeton Overhead door in the future and can recommend him to anyone with a garage door problem or planning a new installation.

I had a broken spring on my 60 year old garage door. (It is a single car garage.) I contacted the company; it is a one man operation. He arrived promptly and gave me several options, from a very inexpensive minimal fix to a "complete overhaul". He indicated that the existing setup was very old but that it would probably last another 60 years if I wanted to do the minimal repair, but instead I opted for the complete overhaul as the door itself was looking pretty ratty (as he correctly pointed out) and the newer openers have various safety and security features. I requested the "extra quiet" model, plus two additional remotes (beyond the two which come with the new opener). He took some measurements, gave me a written estimate, and told me that he'd be able to come back in about a week and in fact that is exactly what happened. He arrived in his truck with the new door, opener/motor system, rails, springs, and 4 remotes. It was a very hot afternoon and I offered to help a bit but he assured me that he was just fine and he did the whole thing himself in about 4 hours, including the wiring, programming the remotes etc. He showed me all the features and left me with all the instructions, warranty forms etc. He held exactly to his initial cost estimate and cleaned up and hauled away the old stuff afterwards. I love my new garage door and I have absolutely no complaints. The whole operation was painless and I should have done this years ago.

Patric is very nice and honest gentleman. The other contractor who I called previously told me that the garage door needs replacement and cost about 1000 dollars or more. I called Patric and he came and fixed the door within half an hour and it cost me fraction of what other contractor told me. I will highly recommend Patric to anybody who needs honest garage door repair assessments.

Booking was fast, easy, and they were very accomidating. Gentleman arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as minor and made the adjustment - this shows good honesty, therefore I will use them again should the need arise.
