This was great that he came and did the work on a Satuday, so husband could handle removing part of deck for access to basement door and removal of stuff without taking it through the house. I found Unicorn/Dimo responsive, follow through as indicated, and completed work as anticipated. He was equally responsive to others at time of estimate. However, surpassed the "go to" contractor used by many locally in terms of professionalism and fair price. found easy to contact, and good follow through, scheduling. Also, provided full service vs other contractor where you had to deal with state and fees. Highly recommend to others, already passed along name to several people including my realtor.Only thing was husband asked for a second pass on sweep/ clean up, but that is not atypical in these situations.
