 + -1 moreThere were multiple problems occurring with the system locking up and shutting down, and sound problems. Analyzed the problems very quickly and performed the work, including replacing video card and power supply (with no markup from retail price), tuning up and clean motherboard and drives, and fixing the Windows 10 install. Had the computer back within 2 days
