"To say we feel incredibly lucky and fortunate to have met Mr. Farley is an understatement - we had an extremely tricky buying process with our house that has a cesspool and if not for him it would *never* have even happened. He bent over backward at every turn to accomodate us, the lender, lawyers, etcetera. We even faced threats from an occupant of the home to which he was not perturbed - he was there doing his duty by us come hell or highwater. He worked through inclement weather and equipment failure to get the job on time. He has valuable connections with other working men that he can recommend as well as with the town which is so critical for special situations where you want the town on your side like we experienced. He is always professional and courteous and truly cares about those he is helping - even after the job was done Mr. Farley stopped by with gifts for my children (whom had taken a strong liking to him during his time here) as well as called to check on me to see how I was feeling due to being over 8 and a half months pregnant. He really is a special person through and through. Thank you Mr. Farley!"
