It was great. Scheduling was easy and they were very responsive. They were easy to communicate with and were professional. The worked looked good when they were done. They even came back for a second job after this.

That was a wonderful deal. I provided the paint. The guys were great. They were very clean. They arrived very early in the morning and they were here probably for 12 hours. The work that they did turned out very well. They had been willing to come in earlier but we were travelling and couldn’t be here for them. So they came in when we needed them to and got it done.

The service turned out great. They came at the appointed time. Two employees came out. They were friendly, they did a thorough and clean job. I would definitely use them again. I was even impressed that they came out when it was cold, but not snowing. Their price was also very reasonable.

I was really happy with their ability to squeeze me in right before the holidays. I think they did a good job. I would probably hire them back again. I've seen a few minor things that need touching up but I'll give them a call and see if they'll come back to finish the job.

Very well. Both Jim and Mike are very responsible. This is the second year we used them and we were very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

When I first purchased the Big Deal, my schedule did not allow for the painting to be done right away. We spoke a few times about tentative scheduling, settling the 29th the November. Mike said he would get back to me to let me know if that date would work for him. The last day we had contact was 11/18 and never heard back from him via email or phone when I've reached out to confirm thie 11/29 date. Communication in regards to his scheduling would have improved this experience.

It went fine, they came later that day after I called them on the same day. I would also recommend them.

Mike the owner was responsive and accommodating regarding scheduling when he came to check out the work to be done. He confirmed that the two painters would be able to twice paint the high areas in my stairwell/living room in one day. Frank and Alex were punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with throughout the day. Since I had 3 shades of paint color for the different surfaces, I had labeled each wall with the correct color. The guys followed this perfectly and stayed late to ensure that all of the areas I could not reach by myself were completed before they left. They were tidy and took great care of my home. I would highly recommend Reliant Home Services for painting and would use them again. Thanks guys!

ot The owner Mike called me two times after our initial conversation. We confirmed the date and the time. ( I had arranged with my job to take the day off). He called me again to confirm the job specifications as he'd lost his notes. Come friday a painter showed up 20 minutes late, his partner was still in transit he told me. I took him to the room where he hemmed and hawed over what needed to be done. "This isn't the job I was told about!" I was told there would be 4 windows, not 9! I wasn't told about the wallpaper. This is gonna take a lot longer than one day. This is going to cost more." After he went on for 15 minutes and I sent him out the door. I don't want to be upsold by some painter because his boss didn't give him the proper specs. I don't have time to waste with RELIAINT SERVICES -- you can't rely on them to get the details of your job right. Who knows what kind of work they would do.

Mike promptly contacted me and came over to give us an estimate on the windows. He was professional, courteous, and fair! He called before he came to complete the job,and did a fantastic job!

Devin from Reliant came to fulfill the order. Did a great job which included cleaning windows on both sides and screens and sills. Devin really knew the job and was very personable.

ABSOLUTLELY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB

I purchased an Angie's Deal to wash 10 windows/screens/sills for $125. He did an additional 20 windows and only charged me $8 per window (which was even better than the original deal). Very happy with the communication and service. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs their windows cleaned. Will be using him annually. It was a pleasure to work with this company. Thanks Mike. Job well done.

Deal was $99 for 1 room of interior painting. Small print stated it does not cover ceilings. I always thought that the ceiling was part of a room. Guess I was wrong. Contractor agreed the deal was structured poorly and apologized. Stated work including ceiling could not be done for $99.

Because of the type of windows we have the price was higher than we expected. We also have storm windows so they would all have to be removed. Mike was very kind, professional, efficient and thorough.

It took a while for the company to respond initially to my online purchase. Once the appointment was set the painter Frank did show up as scheduled. My issue with this is about the poor quality of the paint job. Corners were sloppy and left incomplete and there were areas where ceiling meets wall that also had missing paint or incomplete paint. I understand the deal was not expensive but I think if you place an ad you should honor it and do the job professionally and complete.

Reliant Home Services did an excellent job from convenient appointment setting through the final job. Frank, the painter, arrived on time, was friendly, answered all my questions, and did a terrific job leaving cleans lines and even color throughout. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

I set up an appointment with Mike for an estimate. I was not home at the time and he call me promptly with the quote. Mike and his helper came twice, once to do the power washing and once to do the staining. they did a great job, cleaned up and left everything as they found it. I would highly recommend Reliant home service and plan to use them in the future.

I called this company on the weekend, they came over to take a look at my roof early next week and gave me a free quote. After I decided to use their service, they came over next day to do the job. The price is reasonable and the job is well done. I would like to hire them again for next job and also recommend this company to my friends too.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Reliant. Mike took the time to explain the various roof cleaning technologies to me and after doing my own research and reviewing quotes from other companies, I decided to have Reliant do the work. It's only been a few weeks, but so far it looks very good. My previous cleaning lasted 3-4 years, so I am hopeful this treatment will do the same.
