Description of Work: Reliant was was scheduled to power wash my house. The technician came on time and was very friendly. He started the job and all went well. I was on my computer indoors when I noticed the internet suddenly went out. I had no TV, internet or phone since apparently FIOS box on the side of the house was flooded by the spray washing. I called Verizon several times and they stated that they could not send a technician out for several days. I told them I have a medical condition that requires access to the internet and they stated it would still take a day to get a technician out to the house. Luckily after several hours a technician showed up. He stated he had seen numerous cable boxes damaged through power washing. He had to replace my damaged box with a new one. (Thankfully no charge.) I spoke to the owner of Reliant and he stated he only saw this happen once before. Moral of the story...if you are ever going to get your house power washed ensure the technician properly protects the cable box or you may be without cable for days. Lesson learned for me. On the positive side the power washing was done very well.

Description of Work: Power wash deck, 14x20 feet, raised ~8 feet above ground with stairs. The price includes 4 gal of stain. | |They did an excellent job and I would use them again and recommend them. The only problem was the time it took between power washing and staining. I realize they have no control over the weather, and they had to delay several times because of rain forecasts, but a little more communication would have been helpful. Still, they came when promised when the forecast was more promising, and we are very pleased with the result.

Description of Work: They did a fantastic job powerwashing years off our deck. Before the deck was done, our gutters were also cleaned. Many hours were spent powerwashing by Roy. |We were very pleased with the results and they came back the following week and stained the deck beautifully too.

Description of Work: Reliant did an excellent job of painting my deck, which included benches, railings, shelves and window boxes. They were quick and efficient and answered all my questions. Seemed very knowledgeable, I will be using them again.

Description of Work: Responded initially with professionalusm but fell off the radar. No call backs. No follow up-- nothing.

Description of Work: I had one person for 16 hours. The owner was very nice but thought the work I wanted done was more than 16 hours worth. I have been told by another that it should have been 6-8 hours worth of work what his employee accomplished. I wanted 3 rooms, walls, ceiling and trim painted. He did walls and ceilings in the 16 hours and left wall paint on the trim. Tracked paint on my wood floor and left some paint on my new railing. I wasn't around to supervise the second day but I guess I needed to be.

Description of Work: They painted three rooms and were meticulous. I was impressed with the care they took since my house has a many chestnut trim windows and doorways that required the painters to avoid getting paint on the trim. They even taped a dozen or more spindles on the stair bannister to keep from getting paint on them while painting the wall behind. They did an excellent job.
