I called to inquire about gutter cleaning and Mike called back the same day with an estimate. They were out at the house the same week to clean my gutters. The price was reasonable and they performed the work for the amount quoted. They didn't try to sell me on unnecessary items or repairs like other gutter cleaning services that drive orange trucks. I will definitely have Mike back in the fall or spring.

Reliant showed up on time and preformed service as expected. I would use them again.

There was a slight misunderstanding about deck cleaning that was cleared up quickly and the job was completed to my total satisfaction. I will use Reliant again to powerwash house and deck.

I called last week for an estimate. Steve promptly called back and I had an estimate within 24 hrs. I wanted it done this week and with the holiday they weren't sure they'd be able to accomplish it but said they would try. I got a voicemail message saying they would be here Friday(today). Well Jim and Roy arrived about 9am and went about doing their work. All I had to do was make sure the outside water was on. Will be using them again!

Mike and his brother were wonderful. Very professional and extremely courteous. My white vinyl fence was green and my gutters were growing a new garden. All the work was completed in one day. I called on Monday to schedule window cleaning and power washing. They came out on Wednesday morning to do the work. They were courteous, conscientious, and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Reliant came promptly to clean my gutters. Not only did they clean my gutters, they did simple repairs to my downspouts to keep them in place (i had forgotten about the downspout problems so I was very surprised & pleased that they did the repair and did not charge me extra). I had recommended Reliant to my neighbor and Reliant was able to accommodate cleaning my neighbor's gutters on the same day as mine. My neighbor had a tree limb damage a portion of his gutters (3/4 of the gutter was almost ripped from the facisa board) and although Reliant does not "repair" gutters, they affixed his damaged gutter securely back onto the board. Again, they did this at no extra charge. My neighbor immediately called me to thank me for the referral. He was so pleased. They definitely will get my business again.

They were on time, reasonably priced, polite, great work.

Reliant did a great job power-washing our house and deck. The 35-year-old deck, especially, looks almost new. Mike and his crew were prompt, thorough and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mike and Jim are professional, thorough and conscientious. Prices are very reasonable for each job performed; they estimate carefully and stick to their estimates. They are reliable, show up on time as promised, and I feel comfortable having them work here when I am not home, because they have high integrity. Cleaning more than exceeds expectations--I really noticed a difference, especially around my pool deck. They even did my teak pool furniture when I asked them. My greenhouse windows are so sparkling clear now! Mike and Jim took extra care to make the holiday lighting absolutely beautiful, and had great creative ideas. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Went great - the owner personally did the work, he was on time and spent an entire day making sure everything looked perfect. I used to do this myself and I take a lot of pride in my work but he did a better job than me!

Received a card on our door advertising their work done a few houses down. Called for an appointment, got an immediate response, with a detailed price quote. Able to schedule the job same week. Mike was professional, thorough and complete. Great to have such a wonderful service experience when many contractors don't even call back. Recommend HIGHLY!
