What a great guy. Easy to deal with on the phone and in person. Also scrubbed the gutters down for a small additional fee. I will definitely be using this service this time next year.

They had an opening and came two days early. Very nice, well trained. Now using them regularly.

They were very professional and were a lot less than other companies I priced out. Our deck is extremely large with 3 levels. They did an excellent job and really took their time to make sure to get out every stain. I couldn't have asked for better service, pricing or quality of the job. I highly recommend them

After searching for a bit, I found reviews and pricing for Reliant as most attractive. I called and left a message requesting a quote to pressure wash our house. Mike called back that evening to schedule a time to come out for a quote. Mike called me back shortly after coming out (I was not home) to estimate the job. I asked to provide estimates to pressure wash the house along with our deck (both of which were reasonable). We decided to just go with the house. Mike was great throughout with his communication, letting us know in advance that he needed to reschedule due to the weather. He was prompt the day he came to do the work and even took it up on himself to coordinate with another contractor at the house doing other work. The house looked great when it was done, and he was prompt at getting us an electronic invoice when he ran out of paper ones on hand. The only hiccup was when trying to schedule the initial date for the work. I had to leave Mike a message to check if he was still coming out to do the work. He called back and was apologetic. I appreciated how well Mike communicated and was very professional. I would definitely use Reliant again and recommend them to others.

They did a very good job with the power washing but the windows were not done well. The score I gave was strictly for the power washing which I was happy with. I would not hire them again to do windows but would have them power wash again. They were very responsive

I got them from Angie’s List. My experience went very good. They were just very easy to work with and did a really good job. I thought that they were very good on the quote that they gave me.

The phone contact with Mike Lawler was professional, and responsive at all times. I already recommended him to a friend and the friend called today to book a gutter cleaning.

I called the Reliant and left message in the morning, they called me back in the afternoon. They gave me the price and said they can do it next week. Next Tuesday around 11am they called me back and said that they just finished the job. Reliant left me a bill in the mail box. They did great job on the gutters,everything was left clean. I will use them again next time.

Michael was professional and always responsive. The house came out looking nice, and cleaned up well. We will use them again.

They did a good job, pretty thorough and did it in an absolute down pour. When it comes to doing the work, they did it professionally and well. Leading up to the job they can do better in communications. We booked the job via their website and then exchanged emails leading up to the job. Their responses were slow, nailing a date was slow and at times I was unsure if they would be doing the work as they didn't respond for several days. But in the end they did do a good job at a very fair price.

I had recently had my gutters cleaned, but I noticed one spot remained clogged. I called Reliant, who scheduled me in the next morning. They communicated clearly and remembered the details of my request when they arrived. While they did arrive later than scheduled, they called to inform me of their delay. They were honest about the problem--one joint had not been flushed out--and charged me an extremely reasonable price. To their credit, they did not say anything negative about the place that had cleaned my gutters before; instead, they diplomatically noted that "different places clean differently." I will be using them in the future.

I contacted Mike on a Friday morning with a request to set up an appointment and received a call back that afternoon. He had planned on being in my neighborhood that Monday and could fit us in. He called to confirm Sunday evening and said we would not have to be home for the work to be performed so long as they had access to water and it was turned on. He and his assistant arrived Monday afternoon as discussed and were polite and professional. The entire job took about 2 hours and the house looks great. We are pleased with the work performed and would use this company again. The whole process was effortless.

I called Reliant and was first of all surprised that he answered his own phone. The owner was courteous but explained that since it was winter and the weather was unreliable he would put my name on a list and call me when he was my area. "Oh well" I thought to myself,"that will probably be the last time I hear from that company." We'll I was surprised again when the weather turned warmer and sure enough Reliant called back and promptly showed up on the day they told me they'd be there. They did a thorough job and even removed the sticks off of the roof and a few leftover Christmas lights. Their price for a standard size split level house was reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again!

Reliant called to let me know when they were coming to clean the gutters. I wasn't home when they came, but my yard was clean, no debris left behind. I was very satisfied with the work performed.

I was late getting my gutters cleaned this year so was calling around to see who could do it during a "warm spell". Jim from Reliant called me right away and set up a time. They came, did the work, and left everything very neat and clean. Will definitely use them again.

The house had very heavy mildew from the summer as well as Sandy. Mike responded to my email quickly, gave me an estimate, and came to do the work within the week. I was grateful that he came when he did because after that it was too cold for the job. They were friendly, professional and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Reliant Power Washing returned my call immediately and came within the week to do the job. They were prompt, efficient, courteous did a great job of what was asked, and very reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? I would use them again.

They were able to give me a fair price on the phone and actually said they could come out the next day to clean them since they would be in the area. They came on schedule, were courteous, and did a thorough job along with feedback afterwards. I will definitely use them again next time.

When we had enough of the terrible customer service at Garden State Gutters, we had to find someone else to do the job. Searching Angie's List revealed Reliant, which seemed like a family-owned, local business that would be more responsive. They were indeed! They got back to us quickly, set a day to clean the gutters and actually showed up on that day. The two gentlemen who arrived at the door in late afternoon spoke with us about our concerns (including using stabilizers on the ladders so as not to dent our gutters), reassured us, heaved an enormous ladder off their truck then cheerfully got to work. Aside from the fact that they were in a bit of a hurry as a result of darkness falling toward the end of the job, they seemed to do good work on a big house with a lot of roof to access. We really liked them--they were communicative and friendly. Would definitely use Reliant again.

My wife and I were very pleased and Michael and his crew. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Like I said, they were thorough, courteous, professionals and came as they said. No job is too small for them. I will hire them again.
