Mike and team were fantastic. They scheduled us quickly all over email and even rearranged appointments to make sure they could do the work before we had family in town for a party that weekend. Everything looks beautiful after the pressure washing. He wasn't the cheapest we reached out to, but prices were reasonable, he was super friendly, and the job was very well done. I'd definitely recommend him.

Overall, I was happy with the service, punctuality and cost UNTIL I looked in my trash can and found that they didn't take any of the debris from my gutters with them and neglected to mention it. I had a large garbage can full of dead leaves, etc. and my waste management company won't take yard clippings so I was stuck dealing with it. To be fair, I called the company to ask if the debris was from the gutters (vs. my lawn service) and Mike admitted they left it behind because they didn't have any bags to take it away and that they were in a pinch. He just forgot to tell me. He was very nice and apologetic and even offered to come by to dispose of it. While I was happy with the service, I was disappointed by the final outcome.

called and left a message on Friday. Jim called back on Saturday. Received the estimate on the following Monday. Called again on Wednesday, received a call back the same day and confirmed the job. The work was done a week later. Everything went smoothly. Recommend.

They were great. We played phone tag for a bit upfront, but once the appointment was made everything went very smoothly. They were courteous and very professional and accommodating. They did a terrific job and I'd hire them again.

Mike was very responsive. Scheduling was supper easy. Mike did a fabulous job washing the whole house and cleaning the gutter. He was very nice and washed the patio set for us as well. It all looks super clean now. Planning on have the fences power washed in the near future. Thank you, Mike!

They called back within the same day to confirm an appointment. They were VERY busy at the time and I had to wait approximately 2 weeks for service, but they were very apologetic and up front. They called the day before to let me know they were coming. They did a very thorough job (some gutter cleaning companies leave debris all over the yard; they cleaned and bagged all debris). They also quoted me on a power washing and agreed top hold the "deal" price even if I did not do it at the same time. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Powerwashing was quick and well done. Weather delayed staining for some time, so the work was actually done while we were away on vacation. It was great to come home to a finished deck.

Work was done on time. Workers were very competent, did not try to upsell. No follow up of a need to repair part or all of our gutters. Prior cleaning by the most advertised service had reported a need to repair/replace several sections of the gutters. Follow up calls repeated this need. Stopped using them will use Relian5 from now on.

Michael came and did the job quickly. It was done at a very fair price. I just think that power washing is a little rough on today's siding. The bleach is very strong, even thou I know its hard to clean mold off siding, I found spots on siding that the bleach was a little rough on. Don't think I would clean siding that way again. But Michael was good and fast.

It seemed to be the owner that was doing the work. It was someone local. He was responsive to the phone call. He got back to me when he said he would. He came when he said he would. He did the job and did it completely to our satisfaction.

We were extremely happy with the results. We will use him every year. Great job.

Called and emailed for almost 2 weeks before someone got back to me. It must've been their busy season because I couldn't get in touch with any other companies either so I didn't hold that against them. After getting a few other estimates, Reliant was BY FAR the cheapest and nicest and to top it all off, had the best reviews. We even had him give us an estimate to powerwash our fence and stain it. One other place quoted us at $4,000! At that price, I would just replace the fence. Reliant's estimate just couldn't be beat but we decided to skip it since we wanted to save money. Again, this is their busy season so we had to wait 3 weeks for them to come. Jim called me the night before to confirm and said he would be at my place around 9:30 and he was. Our house now looks beautiful and we don't have to worry about cleaning the gutters. Two things that really impressed me: 1) The actual price was cheaper than the estimate. 2) Jim came to give me an estimate and Jim came to do the work.

Reliant was a very good experience for us. Mike was very responsive to our initial request for an estimate. He worked with us regarding our immediate requirement for having the work done quickly. He gave us a reasonable estimate. His crew were prompt, professional and thorough. They cleaned up after the job was done. We have only positive comments about the company. We will hopefully be using their services again in our future.

We contacted 3-4 different companies based on Angie's List ratings and chose Reliant based on their cost estimate, and I am so glad we did as they were fantastic! They were very timely (able to perform the work within 2 weeks of their quote). and their quality /attention to detail is amazing. We have a 2 story colonial, and they spent nearly 4 hours to get the job done right. They were very personable and friendly (and didn't mind when I had to let my 2 dogs out in the yard while they were there). We would recommend them in a heartbeat and will use them again based on their cost, quality, and level of service. It cannot be matched!!

Things are fine and great. They actually did, they came out but I wasn't available so they just did the job and left me a note, the note was referred to what they did so it was there. I think the pricing is pretty good.

Forgot one spot. I called and he came right back.

Left a message for an estimate, received a call back the next day and was told it would be about a week before he/they could get out to clean the gutters. Mike indicated I/we didn't need to be home, but he called the day they came out to let us know they were coming. Overall, very pleased with the responsiveness, turnaround time and price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE OTHER GUYS, CALL JIM. Great work, Professional and delivered great results. Called 3 providers and Jim by far was the most professional out of the gates. Returned my call quickly, got an estimate to me quickly and said he would come back in two weeks and he did. Jim was in touch via phone before he came confirming the day and time. Jim completed the job well and took care of all the plants around our house, in reviewing the job a few small things needed to be cleaned up. Jim came back to the house within a few days, looked at it and agreed to go over it again. Kudos to Jim and his team, job well done.

The guys from Reliant Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning were timely. Their demeanor is pleasant. The quality of work is good.

It was a great experience. I emailed Reliant on a Sunday. I got a phone call from Mike the next day. Within two days, he gave us an extimate and scheduled the powerashing and gutters for the following week. After that, Mike gave us an estimate for re-staining and resealing the deck which was scheduled and completed the following week. All in all, a very pleasant experience! I will definitely recommend!

They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule immediately when I told them I was having trouble with roof leaks due to the clogged gutters. They performed the work quickly and efficiently and effectively for the price they quoted me. They were very professional and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

The whole process was done professionally, from initial quote to scheduling to finishing the job. In fact, we were not home on the day the painter did the work, but we feel very comfortable with Mike and his employees on our property because they are professional and of high integrity. We have used Reliant for many types of other jobs in the past (gutter cleaning, windows, deck and patio power washing), and we plan to use their services again on a regular basis. I highly recommend Reliant without reservation.
