Very professional! They were able to give me an estimate with me having to be home. Service was scheduled promptly. Staff cleaned up after themselves beautifully.

Mike showed up right on time to clean out my gutters. He and an employee got right to it and cleaned out the gutters in about an hour or so. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Mike even took the time to explain to me that there was one spot that they couldn't reach because of the location of my pool, and that normally he would just walk on the roof to access that point, but he knew that my cedar shake roof isn't the best to walk on (it could possibly cause the shakes to shift, creating a gap). I plan on using Mike's company again in the future.

Mike, the owner has ALWAYS been helpful, and most of all, fair and honest. Last time I used the service, gutters were cleaned, but I didn't have enough water pressure outside to do the power wash of my home. Mike didn't get upset or make me feel guilty that he had his crew here. He showed no indication that he wasted his time. He called me at work and gave me options. He is honest, patient and kind to deal with. I would use their service again for sure!!!

Mike was very good at keeping me informed of his plans and due to rain explained he had to delay the staining. I was very impressed with how easy he was to work with and happy that he worked on Sunday to stain the deck since I was having a party the following weekend.

This firm is highly professional staffed by a personable team. Calls to set up estimate and schedule service were returned promptly. Team arrived on time and completed job within the time frame indicated. Work was of high quality -- the house looks beautiful and I can see light though my windows! They moved furniture and even squeezed behind the washer and dryer to clean the windows in the laundry room. I will rehire again!

Jim and Roy came by and did the job start to finish with great professionalism, speed and thoroughness. They even did a few extra large toys laying around that needed to be cleaned. These guys are good! Jim's response to my request for an estimate was smooth and each part of the subsequent engagement was managed excellently. the experience was great start to finish. Jim came out to quote us based on size and condition of the deck, which was quite dirty and had been left un-treated for years by prior owners. We discussed stain options and picked up the stain ourselves, but Reliant gives you recommendations based on the wood and condition, and offers to handle the purchase of the stain as well. Reliant moved all the furniture and grill to complete the project, and the result was a very nice deck. The whole project was very quick - three business days, I believe, although we got lucky with a lull in rainy season. Overall, we're very happy and would hire Reliant again. Be aware they don't do deck repair, so if you have rotting wood you'll have to repair it yourself or hire someone to do that part of the job. We are somewhat handy and replaced a deck board ourselves ahead of being washed/ stained. Also, there are a few spots on our deck that probably could have been power-washed more intensely, but the overall result is a very much improved deck, and the price quote is much more reasonable than the competing bids we received.

Our deck was dirty and weathered. We got quotes from four companies and Reliant's seemed reasonable for the scope of the work that they proposed. Our experience with them was wonderful. Jim was very responsive and professional. First they removed all the furniture and then power washed the deck. Then, during a spell of dry, warm weather they came and resealed the deck. They put painter's tape to protect some items around the deck. And they did a thorough job, including the steps, a trellis that surrounds the deck and even an old wooden bench. Then they came back and did some minor retouching and put back the furniture. The deck looks great. We couldn't be more pleased.

They did a great job; cleaned the stones and pavers beautifully, came when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would, and all at a reasonable price. They even cleaned some wooden stairs that were not part of the original scope of work. We haveused Reliant before to clean our gutters and they did a great job there as well.

Reliant's expertise was fantastic. Mike suggested waiting until the pool cover was off, so there weren't any odd lines from power washing. His pricing was extremely fair. He performed all the services required over a two day period (there was quite a lot of area to cover). When Mike stated he would start the job, a reminder phone call was received a few days before. He showed up to start exactly when stated. All emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend Reliant and definitely would use again.

It took a while for someone to get back to me. They didn't respond back via telephone or email but when I sent a message through Angie's List, they replied back on the same day. I have used them in the past (and they were great) to put on gutter guards so when my gutter fell this winter, I called them to see if they could repair it and I was informed that they do not do gutter repairs. I would recommend them but they should update the description to exclude gutter repairs because, on Angie's List, it says that they do them.

Their services are extremely reasonably priced, and they always do good work. Reliant is alwasy punctual and efficiant. I would absolutely recommend them to others. He is a great guy, and I am always very happy with the work.

I called Reliant to come give me an estimate for painting the entire interior of my house. I spoke with a representative on Tuesday, and we made an appointment for the following Sunday at noon. At 12:15 on Sunday, no one was at my house and I had not received any phone calls. I called the representative, who sounded surprised to hear from me. He said he was coming from "upstate New York" (the job is in central Jersey), that he was "going to call me" to "try to send Mike over." I asked him why, if he knew he was in "upstate New York at 12:15" and obviously couldn't make it on time, he wouldn't think to call me instead of wasting my time on a Sunday. He became argumentative with me and said he didn't remember making the appointment for noon. I was completely insulted by the representative's attitude. If you know you can't make an appointment, especially on a Sunday, just call. It's a simple courtesy. Moreover, don't argue with the customer when you're 100 miles away from where you're supposed to be. Since I value my money more than Reliant values my time, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

In terms of value, this was an A all the way. Not sure you could beat it. Mike, the owner, gave us a great price, and by and large everything looks good. My wife reports that all three painters (Mike included) were very nice. They were spot on in the estimate of how much paint we needed to buy (we thought it wouldn't be nearly enough, but we still have extra). Three days later we haven't put things back on the walls yet because we've enjoyed just looking at the freshly painted walls. Still, two things could have been better. 1) They didn't use painters tape for edging, which really surprised me because their deal specifies "inexpensive supplies such as tape and spackle" are included. This resulted in some paint on cabinets, trim, etc. I should've asked specifically about it. 2) There was some sloppiness that was unexpected, perhaps a result of doing the job in one day. Specifically, some holes were not patched; there were paint drops everywhere (hardwood floors are easy to clean up, but there were about 10 spots on the carpet in our bedroom?not so easy); someone essentially took a roller straight down some honeycomb shades (still trying to figure out how to clean that up); and there's a couple places where instead of wiping off some stray paint, they painted over it with non-matching primer. That said, we would use them again, with closer supervision. And if this meant taking an extra day and paying a little more, we would be happy to do that.

OVERALL, I AM VERY PLEASED. FOUND SOME PAINT ON THE CARPET WHICH IS THE SAME COLOR (NEARLY) AS THE PAINT COLOR AND THE SPACKLE DUST, SO VERY HARD TO DETECT TILL THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS NOT AN IDEAL SITUATION FOR THE PAINTERS. I WAS WORKING IN MY OFFICE IN THE SAME AREA, AND NEEDED TO INTERUPT THEM TO ACCESS OTHER AREAS OF THE HOUSE AND TO LET MY DOG PASS THROUGH TO GET TO THE YARD. THERE IS AN AREA OF THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM THAT NEEDS ATTENTION, AND I KNOW THEY WILL COME BACK TO TAKE CARE OF IT. MIKE AND JERRY ASSURED ME THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING I FOUND UNSATISFACTORY TO CALL THEM AND IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF.

He was fine when he was here. It is just that the service he provided was completely inadequate. He was supposed to clean the black mold off my roof, but the mold staining was back again two months after he did it. I had it done about three or four years before and it lasted. I believe it was the owner who came out and he gave us a good price. He was responsive, came when he said he was coming and the price was fair, but whatever he used did not clean. However, everything about him was fine; the only poor grade was for the ineffectiveness of the cleaning. It really was money wasted.

Reliant washed windows inside and out, power-washed 2 sides of the house and cleaned gutters. Very responsive and professional; competitive pricing as compared to other vendors I have used. Mike also pointed out a small leak in the corner of my gutter and he returned on a different day when it was dry to caulk it. I will definitely use Reliant again.

They did a great job and were very professional.. They even took apart a down spout to unclog for me. Will definitely use again.

Mike was timely in responding to our inquiry on Angie's List and was reliable and responsible. Our house and surrounding areas were covered in moss and black dots. Reliant did an amazing job and left nothing but a great, clean smell behind! They even washed the swing set without request! We would highly recommend Reliant for any work you need done.

Mike was very responsive to my call with an EXTREMELY REASONABLE quote for power washing and application of preventive stain to my entire house. I received quotes from several contractors, and their quotes were 3 times as much as Mike's! Mike and his team did a fantastic job power washing my entire house with detail given to particular sections of stubborn, black mold. The preventive stain was meticulously applied on the house and the house was restored to its natural beauty!!! I am grateful for their assistance, and would definitely use Reliant's services in the future!
