Description of Work: I attempted to contact Reliant for gutter cleaning and to obtain a quote on installing Ice Melting Cables however I never received a reply after completing their on-line contact form. I later attempt to call their phone number and left a message with my complete contact information but never received a call back from them.

Description of Work: We called Jim from Reliant Home Services to come clean our gutters and flush our down-spouts. It took a few weeks to find a time that worked on his calendar, but he arrived on the agreed to date and completed all the services as requested. He was easy to work with, offered a competitive price, and provided quality service. Would definitely recommend him for this type of work.

Description of Work: Once they did the work, the work was fine. But getting them here was the problem. They were to call us three different times, and didn't call and didn't show up on a date that was scheduled. I had to threaten to get my money back before we got a rapid response. There were excuses for missed phone calls and dates, but if you'rea professional, you find a way to call, even if "your phone broke."

Description of Work: Did a thorough job, very thorough job. The owner stated tactfully, " I guess that these [gutters] hadn't been cleaned in a while." James, the owner was dead right: the last time I had them cleaned, I used a well-known firm who left without clearing the downspouts. That firm refused to return and complete the job. Not so with Reliant. They did much more than I could have reasonably expect. When they left everything works. They even cleaned up broken shingles that were left, unbeknownst to be, by a roofer. I own a three story, 100 year-old home, so this job was gutter cleaning on steroids. Can't recommend them enough. Nancy

Description of Work: Great service indeed. Every time I'd leave a message Mike would always respond within hours. His price was the best around and the result of his work was excellent. Even though my roof was very dirty and he had to get on it three times to get it clean, the roof looks like new now. Concrete around the pool looks great now as well. I can definitely recommend Reliant.
