They never showed up for the appointment

I like him. He did a lot of work and it cost me around $550. He does good work. He is very nice. He is our neighbor, so we know him. He is very efficient, very pleasant and very fair. The quality of his work is very good. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

Overall, they did a great job and our old house looks completely updated. Lorenzo and his team were very professional, always on time and very flexible with their scheduling. While we were working out the original details of the project, he was very accommodating and came to our house several times due to my husband's and my crazy work schedules. He listened to what we wanted and really delivered. The quality of their work was high and was completed in a very reasonable time frame for a fair price. We found a few places where the trim needed to be touched up after they were finished, and the team came over right away to take care of it. The only thing we were disappointed with was the clean up; we found a lot of large nails and pieces of scrap metal in our yard afterwards (near our 5 yr old's swing set). We let them know and they apologized and came right over with the big magnet and did a sweep of our yard. But overall I do recommend them and would hire them in the future for additional projects.

We ended up going with another company to get the job done. I didn't use R and G because of the price. Everything came down to price, but they were fine. They showed up and everything was fine with them. They suggested something to be done that I was told by the other folks that didn't need to be done. So, I opted out. Overall, their price wasn't terrible. They were going to charge a little more for some additional stuff that was going to be included by the other company that actually did the work for me. That other company basically did the same stuff for less money. I believe R and G had a good warranty. They quoted me about $4200. Their presentation was cool, but I just decided not to go with them.

They did very speedy work and did very good work. Their price was also more than fair and we have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

They did a pretty good job although we still have the leak. I don't think it was their fault. They haven't found the source of it yet. They did replace the trim piece and it looked like the job was fine. They are not quite sure where the leak is coming from. So the main problem was not fixed but the other two problems were handled. The gutter was off the side of the house and the trim piece was replaced, so that was fine. I would use their services again in the future.

It was at first a good experience, but quickly turned poor.

He was nice. It appears that he would be able to do the work. He arrived on time.

They quoted me a great price. I had 3 estimates done by various companies, and they were the best price. They did a fantastic job. However, their communication was not the best. Also, they did only a pretty good job with cleanup—I did find a few nails and pieces of shingles after they left.

I went well. They worked quickly, cleaned up well, and had good communication with us.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The doors were exactly as ordered and were of very good quality. It took longer than expected, but that was a minor inconvenience considering the quality and price.

Rand G did an excellent job. The only reason I am giving them a B on punctuality is because of the rescheduled start date and the issues with timing the job it with my electrician (who had to remove old conduit). Their quote was reasonable and that was the final price paid. They estimated 3 days and got it done in a little more than 2 days. The crew was professional and cleaned up at the end of the job. They know siding and the detail was excellent. Marcus paid attention to my requests and did everything possible to meet them. I am very happy with the result and their work.

Great experience - the team efficiently removed the existing roof, repaired roof decking, and installed the new roof.

This job was done quickly and with good results. A second job that I tried to arrange resulted in un-returned phone calls and I finally stopped trying. Perhaps it was too small for them.

Their workmanship was outstanding. They came and put a roof on my house in eight hours. I have a fairly large house. There were 12 guys who came to work.

Rand G is a great company who does great work. They are a totally professional company run by passionate hardworkers. They came to our house to give an estimate, and kept coming back to discuss the job until we were totally clear and comfortable with their services. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but was at the lower end of the group of estimates we got, but we felt that their services were going to be superior -- we were right. When they showed up to work, they came on time each day and left on time. WOW do they have a HUGE crew of workers (like a small army of men who scale your roof) -- they literally could have gotten our roof done in a day (not a small house), except we asked them if they could work with another subcontractor who was going to do environmental insulation in the ceilings and roof. Rand G was more than accomodating of this subcontractor company, and slowed down to make sure we got the insulation that we wanted. We really appreciated their willingness to work with another company like this, and this was part of the reason we hired them. The front office staff at Rand G is helpful and calls you back when you request. We did have to have Rand G come back to fix a piece of aluminum siding that had come loose in the roof replacement frenzy, and they were very good about coming to make sure things were done right and complete. We got our roof done in a big snowstorm, and Rand G was good about working with us to find a date that was workable in terms of weather -- and still on our schedule. The only negative was that we were still finding nails from the roof months later -- all over the yard; however, it's partly our fault as Rand G said once the snow melted to call them and they would come back to clean up. Overall, we were very pleased, and would recommend them again.

There are several family members who have English as a second language, which can be a barrier, but it's working out. He's very cordial. They're working hard on getting business.

As usual, R and G got the job done efficiently. They had to dig out the old section of pipe that was faulty and replace that section with a new one. I'm happy with the job they did because it is working well.

The estimate was easy since I didn't have to be home. A detailed folder with figures and product literature was dropped off in my mailbox shortly after. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time (with a heads-up call from the office) and got to work immediately. They were done in a few hours. The end result looks great and I'm happy I chose Rand G.

Very responsive to calls and arrived to do estimate as planned. Rainy month of June postponed the work. But office kept in touch to set up the work date at the end of July. They said they would arrive at 7 am and by 7:08 it sounded like an army was on our roof. The team that arrived included 8 to 10 workers. 4 or 5 very shiny trucks. This is a family business. Owned by 2 brothers and all the workers are family members, They were cleaning up by 4pm including any debris that was on neighor's property. Brothers were very nice and answered all questions. Price was in the ballpark of 2nd estimate we received.

Due to weather, the start date moved quite a bit but they were frank about that and gave a pretty good idea when they would get to starting. When they set the date, they showed up promptly at 7AM as planned. They were very professional, nothing in the job was a surprise. They showed up "with an army" (I think there were 10 guys here) and they seemed to work in perfect harmony. No screaming or frustration and each one of them seemed aware of their role and devoted to completing it. They used tarps to protect the plants around the house. And whatever trash did fall around the house, they meticulously picked up throughout the job. Given the size of the job, they expected to take 2 days to complete it but because of good weather and general smooth sailing in their great execution, they finished by the end of the first day. One hickup (not their fault) was that they ran out of gutter shield material and there was a 12" piece of gutter left exposed. And even though I paid them for the job on completion, they showed up 2 days later to fix the missing piece of gutter cover. In summary, very professional craftsman, pleasant to deal with and generally no headaches whatsoever. And on top of all that, a really great price in comparison to other quotes. Highly recommend them.

R and G came came with a big crew at the time agreed to. They removed the old al. siding and replaced it with insulation and vinyl siding. They made the house look great, with the new siding, new trims, new shutters, new soffits and ceilings, and new gutters and drains. They not only completed the job in one day, but they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

They were fantastic. Professional from the get go. One day job. I recommend this company.
