.Dealing with R and G was excellent. The gentleman who came to give the quote, he went through everything that needed to be done.He came with an IPad and showed us every step of what they would be doing to help replace the roof and they assured us that they would get the permit from the town so they would have to have all the papers and insurance to get the permit from town. Theirs was one of the more realistic price we found.

The arrive with a team, work rapidly and efficiently, finish quickly.

These guys are great. Their price was very fair (not low but fair). I had them come and replace a flat roof on a house that I just purchased. The initial estimate was $1100, but when they started doing the work, they noticed several other issues. Normally I'd chalk this up to a contractor trying to squeeze every dollar, but Lorenzo was very upfront about the issues, risks, and showed me that some of the underlying wood was just completely rotted, and took close up pictures of some of the other issues. This obviously added to the cost, but they were reasonable. Also, they were able to do the work very soon after we agreed on moving forward. I plan to use Rand G for future work around the house.

We have used them before, reroofing the house, having been recommended to us by another contractor we trust as the only guys he would trust. As they did then, they described in detail the work to be done, gave a fair quote, showed up promptly, moved clutter out of the garage, the finished the work in the time estimated, moved our clutter back and cleaned up the area. The crew are always cheerful and polite.

No Call back...... Doesn't matter how busy you are not to call back a potential customer.

They really did a great job. I was very satisfied. They came in on time, and the guys who did the work were very tidey. They cleaned up everything everyday. I was astonished at their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall the work was fantastic. The work price was right and done quickly. They cleaned up very well. They damaged some stuff in the house and came back right ways to fix it.

We were very pleased with Rand G roofing. They came early in the morning on the date we had agreed to start the work and worked non stop during the week until all was done. We called them the following week and asked them to come back and fix a few smaller things and they came the next day to fix it. The roof and gutters look very nice and they left the place nice and clean. Very straightforward to work with this company.

Large crew. Worked fast and clean. May have had a couple of nails left behind, but not many. Looks good and gutters work well.

It was a pretty good experience. They put on the roof and then I asked that they replace soffit. It's a 100 year old home and some of the soffit was rotted. While they had the roof off, I noticed there were no animals, so I asked them to put something down to cover the hole until we could get the soffit replaced. They did not, and we ended up getting squirrels in the crawlspace as a result. Otherwise, the roof is beautiful and we got a good warranty.

He was very nice and pleasant. He explained everything to me. He quoted everything and it was a little over my budget. I would have to cut a few things out and wait.

Showed up late. Didn't even get on the roof to check the problem. He never got back.

They were very quick, very efficient, and very good. They do it in one day. I would recommend them.

They were punctual, clean and thorough. I had gotten other estimates, and their price was very reasonable.

I feel their pricing is fair; however, I was just not impressed with this company. I would not use this company again in the future.

I interviewed 3 companies, Rand G had the best presentation, seemed knowledgeable about roofs, gutters etc. During the 1st visit they inspected the roof, chimney, skylights and attic for damage. Had to wait approximately 6 weeks for skylights to be ordered. The crew was on time both days, took before pictures showing damage, however I did not receive after pictures. When the job was completed everything was cleaned and the roof looks good. Several small issues, 1.) I can see the tip of a nail in the ceiling (they came back to look and it and assured it would not cause any problems. 2.) When the skylights were removed and the new ones placed, it left approximately 1 inch opening/exposure to the attic around the entire window. When I called back they said it would cost another $500 to $800 to repair. 3.) During recent rain noticed water pouring off the roof not from the gutter. Will have to have it checked as well. Overall good looking roof, but have several problems to correct.

They were excellent. they took my gutter shields off and didn't replace they but other than that they were very professional, clean, quick , reliable,. they pointed out certain repairs that were needed I didn't feel that they were over interested in things. the house is 100 years old so I appreciated that. the roof looks great and hes a really great guy they were just great.

Initially it took a while to nail down a date for the installation but once they committed to it they were prompt and efficient. Marcus was very good with explaining the process. The installation went without a hitch - they did not surprise me with sudden problems that needed fixing. Their crew was very professional, and answered all my questions when asked. They cleaned up fairly well although I do find bits of roof here and there every so often but I suppose since it was fall they were hidden under fallen leaves.

I received an estimate to install new leaders and gutters written on the back of a business card. When I called to set up a date to do the work I got an answering machine to which I left a message. I called several more times with the same result and I subsequently hired another company.

They were excellent. They were prompt, on time, and very quiet. They cleaned up after themselves.

We had some gutter problems, but we called them out. The issue got fixed. They are very reliable. They answer the phone. They come when you need them. They did a very good job. The work was well-coordinated. They were professional.

They did a good job and so far it has not had any issues through the hurricane. There were some issues with setting up the appointment and showed up late. So there were issues with punctuality and setting the appointment up. They were very quick though.
