Description of Work: my wife called for repair on outlets. he first told my wife the estimate would cost $150. he was tired of giving estimates and having people go with other companies. he then decided to do the estimate at no cost. he set up an appointment to do the estimate on 1/19/13. he didn't show at 4:00 so my wife called him and was told the guy was running late. he later showed up and evaluated what had to be done. he got the email address and was suppose to email a quote. we still have not received any email with a quote. my wife contacted him again and she didn't get an answer and didn't call back. she called him again and didn't get him and he called back. he said he would send a quote, he was having problems with his e mail service. he never sent a quote from e mail and he never contacted her again.

Description of Work: Emauel was here within 30 mins from my call. . He was curious and very knowledgeable, he knew wharf the problem within mins. His price was actually below his quote. I loved him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done. .. No job would be too big or too small. It's so nice to find an honest electrician. I've been a home owner for over35 years and its nice to fine good work at a good price.
