Bobby and his team were very professional. I was always informed what day and time he would be able to start working on our project. As a woman working from home with 2 children I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant working in my home. He kindly helped us out with returning a door for us to Home Depot so we could avoid return shipping charges. In conclusion our windows look and operate great!
Description of Work: We had 14 new slider and double hung windows installed and one front door installed.

We contacted them on a Sunday night, and he was at our house the next day to look at the problem. I would never have thought it was the window that was causing the leak! He fixed the problem as soon as he was able to do so. Single digit temperatures and snow storms obviously prevented him from finishing the project right away, but they kept in contact with us the entire time to let us know that they hadn't forgotten about us!
Description of Work: We had called McCollum Roofing and Siding to our home to address what we thought was a leak in our kitchen ceiling. When Bobby arrived, he looked at the roof and discovered that the leak was actually coming through a rotted window sill. While he was up there, he also noted that our skylights needed to be replaced.
