+ -1 moreMy chandelier fell from the ceiling today while I was cleaning it, and was hanging literally from one wire. I called J.R. Active, and John answered the phone right away. I was very concerned when I called him, and he walked me through turining off the power to that part of the house. He was able to come to my house within 2 hours of my call, and was able to fix the chandelier in only an hour and a half. Service was very professional. They wore booties when they entered my home and even swept the floor before they left. They did the job right, and were able to advise me on some other questions I had about questionable outlets in the home. I will be using their service again, and for many years to come. Truly excellent service from professionals.
