+ -1 moreI was told they do not provide a written estimate & they didnt handle replacement boilers any longer - only handling small jobs now. They had performed other small work over the years that was OK, so I thought I would be a loyal customer to them for this big expensive job, however it didnt work out.
Description of Work: Provider gave me a verbal estimate but failed to send me the written estimate for a boiler replacement several months prior to my second phone call to them for the boiler replacement details & written estimate for i.e brand/type of boiler, cost, details of installation, what was included or not included, etc..

+ -1 moreThe work was done quickly and smoothly. All I did was call him, he fixed everything and I just paid him. I've used him before and I've had him put in the bathroom down downstairs a while ago (may be 2 years ago). I think that was a good and okay price though. I think he is a little bit better, but his work is really good. I don't know the prices around. He is fairly reasonable. His responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Gately Plumbing in November for replacing kitchen faucet and pipes underneath.

They are friendly and considerate They explain everything They get the work done cleanly and expertly Their price is more than fair I feel safe with them in the house. They know how to handle old plumbing from ancient houses and the most modern technical applications too. They solve problems and do not make them bigger and bigger.
Description of Work: repaired standpipe and furnace exhaust last year they replaced a baseboard furnace and hot water heater
