+ -1 moreWe have a contract and I think we pay about $150 every six months for it. They are prompt with their appointments and they take their time so they are really good. They are great.
Description of Work: For heating and A/C we go through a company that our condo association uses. The company is named Evco Heating & Cooling. We are required by our condo association to do a semi annual tune up so they did that.
