+ -1 moreThe first job (check-up) was done ok. It was a 2 zone heat maintenance on year old furnaces, and they charged $199. However, they showed up 5 hours later than the scheduled time. The second job (leak) they came promptly, and said they would call me back later in the day to discuss what needs to be done. They never called, and when I called back the following day they hung up on me. No job was performed.
Description of Work: There were 2 jobs - the first was an annual furnace check-up, the second was a leak around the furnace flue.

+ -1 morehad an appointment for tues morning nov.5 for heat maintenance. when I called for an appointment the man said he would prefer this time frame. He didn't show up. I called the office and the person said there was a mix up and she would send someone over right away. No one showed up or called. I wasted the day waiting. Never use them.
